How dare they call themselves “French”? It’s more “South American” (Colombian/Venezuelan) offerings. Have visited a few times; service is DEPLORABLE and stuff is extremely expensive. Don’t bother.

So I came here for coffee and it was my first time and I was just ordering coffee so I assumed that I can order at the cash register. The manager wearing blue in front of all the other customers said and I quote “there’s no skipping here for coffee” super passive aggressive and honestly I was embarrassed because she said that in front of other customers as if I was trying to skip. I simply went to the back of the line with no hesitation but that is something that can simply be explained without the assumption that I was trying to skip everyone. I think you should train people here especially the manager with better customer service etiquette. I most likely won’t be coming back.
