The girls and I got together to meet up at this spot. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and was greeted and the hostess took us to our table. The place was so cool and the vibes were great. Michelle was our server and she was great and so attentive. The girls ordered some dishes and they said the wings and wrap were good. The cocktails are very pricey so beware. I went with the new fashioned and my friend got the mojito. We hung out for a bit and listened to the DJ. The place also had hookah for those who like that. The bill was pretty pricey mainly because of the drinks but all in all we had fun.

They have a cute happy hour. The espresso martinis are really good and it’s a good size for $10. The place is very cute, definitely a good place for date night, birthday celebrations, girls night out, or even a solo date.

Non-Latino Review . We’ll I only took 1 Star off because it’s not that this place is bad, it’s that the concept is ridiculous in my opinion. I guess this is geared toward the Latin community and maybe this is what they define as interesting or fun. Firstly it’s way overpriced let’s get that out the way. A group of us went there for my friend’s Birthday. We arrived at around 9:30pm. We were told we can only do cocktails until 11pm after that we would need to leave or opt for bottle service. Fine. We opted for the most expensive package given that we were a group of 12. We kindly asked for them not to bring bottles over with sparkles and signs and all that excitement which we all found ridiculous. We were ignored, the bottles and food came with fireworks… the amount of appetizers that come with the package is ridiculous, when it’s listed as for groups of 10-14. Please have a meal before u come here. For all this money we paid. Some of us didn’t even taste a piece of any appetizer. I ate one chicken wing… if you are a taller person the chairs are super uncomfortable because they are too low and hard. . . There is no dance floor… so it’s not a club and no real food so it’s not a restaurant? It’s just a lounge? Chairs not comfortable enough for lounging. I dunno what it is. . . As I said. Maybe it’s just not for me. It’s not like any lounge I’ve been to. The staff were nice and attentive even when telling us we had to leave if we didn’t do bottle service it wasn’t said in a rude way. The one wing I did taste was good. . . We had a few cocktails before we did the bottle service and they were A1. (Pricey but good) bottle service also doesn’t come with enough premium chasers for the cost. For 12 ppl we got like 2 ,or 3 cans of red bull and like 4 cans of pineapple juice and 2 pitchers of some tasteless cheap thing (dunno what it is) it was just filled with ice and watered down… Security guards at the door are top notch. The lady was super fun and nice and so was the guy. . . If ur not into Latin music… then its also not for u… I dunno if this is the case every night. We went on a Saturday night. As stated maybe this is for a specific type of people , who wanna male social media videos of the bottles coming in with dancing girls and fireworks. The people who want to belong.. . There are cute photo spots too. If this was one of my usual reviews this place would have gotten 3 stars , but I gave it the extra star because maybe it’s just not my type of scene. Ohhh I forgot, I tried hookah for the first time. It was tastey haha.

Went for my friends birthday on a Saturday night and the spot is very nice decor wise. It’s located in the downtown area of Englewood where most of the stores are but we had to enter through the parking lot entrance on the side street. They have valet parking for a fee but you can park on the street if you can find parking and are comfortable with that. The food choices are mainly appetizer or small bites and they offer bottle service and hookah if you smoke. My friend had her event upstairs which was spacious and comfortable, it got a bit crowded later on in the night around 11:30/12 but wasn’t too bad the DJ was ok, he played some hits but mainly catered to the Latin crowd. Overall it was a good time and my friend enjoyed herself. There was a blue light so the photos are a bit dark but the birthday girl was happy. We had chili wings, chicken and cheese quesadillas and shrimp tacos. The wings were the best and quesadillas runner up. The shrimp and filling for the tacos were good but I wasn’t a fan of the wrap. The drinks were good. The decor is what sets this place apart. I didn’t experience the hookah which was downstairs but they have packages for those who smoke. Very nice ambiance and the waitresses were friendly.

1. Ask for michelle her enthusiasm and recommendations are top notch
2. Always go for the bundles that Michelle recommends.
The seating setting is good make sure you know how many y’all will be.
Definitely my spot for the foreseeable future.

Horrible service ..waited for 45 min for water and a beer… Complained about it and was still ignored !
Food with absolutely no flavor .. the only good thing was music …… But i DO NOT recommend . Sorry ..theres way better places out there . I am serious, dont waste ur time .

We came on a saturday night after 10pm. So surprised it wasn’t packed cuz it’s so good in our opinion
Just came for drinks so I can’t speak about food. It’s a beautiful place with a cool outdoor space that’s partially covered. Feels like your on vacation. The place is conveniently located .5 miles from home so we will be back

Mavy was our server and she was exceptional. Everyone checked in on us, they will make sure you’re good. The ambiance is a VIBE. Small bites were good and the hookah was pulling (they use coconut coals)! No circle quick lite coals… this was a plus!
The DJ played a variety and he even hit some early 2000’s jam. He was spinning. We enjoyed our date night and will be back for a party!

I am giving it 2 stars and that’s me being nice for the following reasons:
1.) they promoted online that Hidden Garden (the second floor) was open on a Friday night, so we get there after driving an hour from Scotch Plains and they tell us they were not opening the second level.
2.) I was expecting to see the robot they promote on all their social media videos and a large crowd, however it was a very slow night.
3.) Vida Garden does not have a big tapas/food selection and they are overpriced for whatever you get. The charcuterie literally had 5 pieces of crackers. The empanadas were trash. My friend said the wings weren’t good either.
4.) the drinks were overpriced and not strong at all, but I guess they looked cute.
5.) the hookah did not last long at all, not sure what kind of charcoal they used. plus, who charges $100 for hookah? No thanks.
6.) 20% tip is automatically added to your bill regardless of how small or big your party is, and then they also put a line for additional tip.
Overall, I believe this is more of a summer vibes place, not winter. The decorations are nice. The service was good (again, it was a slow night so I expected service to be good). The DJ was okay, he kept the crowd awake (whoever was there because it was not packed at all) that is all. Definitely not worth driving an hour.
