Great little local place with good service and food. Yesterday there was one waitress taking care of the whole place and she was super. The food was hot, fries fresh and the taste of all the sandwiches were good. Would recommend.

My recent visit to Victory Tavern was deeply concerning from an operational standpoint.
There were multiple flies present inside the establishment throughout my visit. In a food and beverage setting, that is not a minor inconvenience — it reflects a breakdown in basic sanitation controls. Pest presence indoors suggests preventative measures are either insufficient or not being enforced.
The men’s restroom was in a state of clear neglect. It did not appear to have been serviced or checked with any regularity. Visible grime, lack of upkeep, and overall unsanitary conditions indicate systemic management issues rather than an isolated lapse.
More broadly, there was no visible evidence of structured oversight. The environment felt unmanaged, lacking in quality control, and devoid of the standards one would expect from a licensed establishment serving the public.
When foundational cleanliness and maintenance are this compromised in customer-facing areas, it reasonably raises broader concerns.
Palm Harbor offers many establishments that take compliance and professionalism seriously. Based on my experience, this does not appear to be one of them.
I will not be returning.

Pretty fun sports bar to go to with friends locally to watch the game. Plenty of TV’s and the bar area is nice. The wala and theme of the restaurant could be a little less boring but that isn’t super important. Food is reasonable and tastes really good. Beth is a fantastic Bartender/waitress. Get there early because after 7pm this place gets packed but the service and food don’t suffer.

Our server, Elena, was amazing. The place was crowded as it was Sunday afternoon football time. She was constantly hustling about the place while remaining friendly and accommodating for the entire four hours we were there. The food was quite good as well. The medium rare burger I ordered was cooked perfectly and not over as is often the case. A great overall experience. I will definitely return.

Elena was fantastic, super helpful, and excellent service. We just stopped in for an appetizer, and a beverage. I must say the steak bites were delicious 5 stars, and the fried mushrooms were very good as well. W stopped mid afternoon on Monday so it was also a nice quiet time to stop. If you’re in the area, definitely check this place out.

What a fun time the staff was great. The entertainer was pretty funny. Halloween costume contest was a lot of fun. Good time was had by all. I will definitely go back and watch a football game. Didn’t experience the food, but I will try next time I go. A great local spot to go…..

Got there at 6pm wasn’t that busy. Server Nate took his time and was good. Got a pretzel and took our dinner order but didn’t write it down. When the food came out I was giving a Cuban instead of a Philly cheese steak. After waiting 20 minutes and the rest of the table being finished, I told the server to cancel the order. He then brought over another beer after 10 minutes and said on the house. At no point did he apologize for the delay or mix up. Never came back to check on the table. Never said a word when he dropped the check. When I ask to speak to a manager he said nope no one here. I have been going there since they opened. This is the last time we will come here
