Our Parkesburg brewery features a German-built ROLEC brewhouse with a production capacity of ten 200-barrel brews per day or a total daily capacity of 2,000 barrels. With best-in-class brewing systems and installations, we ensure maximal hygiene and energy efficiency. Our proprietary hop separator, the HopVIC, delivers precise whole flower hop flavor in each brew. Our fermentation cellar includes twenty 1,000-barrel fermenters, while our yeast room boasts three tanks for storing and growing yeast and a fully automated propagation system. Our biological acidification system optimizes pH levels for cleaner, fresher tasting beer.

Great brewery for beers, food and drinks. Lots of seating including outside in the warmer months. Plenty of TVs for those wanting to catch a game. The Braised Brisket Tacos and Cheese Curds are delicious. Great staff.

The pretzel appetizer was excellent. I ended up getting a steak burger and fries. My husband got the hot honey pizza, which was tasty but limp. Also tried the very merry berry sour beer. The service and the food were great

Have been 4 times. The food is so good, lots of great options. Their beer is great and the cocktails are the best. SERVICE is absolutely terrible. We have tried to give them a chance because we love their drinks and food but the service is so bad that it is not worth our drive. When we arrive we wait a very long time before the waitress comes. It takes her a very long time to bring the drinks. Their is no wait on food, as the cooking staff bring it out, not the waitress. We never get a chance to order a second drink before everyone is finished with their food, even non alcoholic beverages. The waitress doesn’t come back.

This was a quick and unplanned stop, but definitely somewhere I would recommend to someone who likes craft beers or unique drinks. We ordered apps because we didn’t realize they have a kids menu, but you have to ask the server what the menu is. I personally do not find this helpful as a parent, I’d rather they just have it printed or posted because we thought there was no kids menu. My oldest did order a regular burger and that was delicious. Everything else we ordered was just typical bar bites.

Looking for a location halfway between Hanover and Philadelphia for a family Easter meal. Have enjoyed Prima Pils in the past. This time enjoyed their Irish Red. Staff was friendly, service was okay, the server did not divulge her name. Food was good, brisket tacos not very flavorful, and fries not hot. Will try again nextime perhaps take a tour.

A classic brewery restaurant with great selection of beers and ales. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Try the pizzas, chicken sandwiches and pretzel with beer cheese. You won’t be disappointed. Prices are reasonable. Can be loud during peak hours but not horrible. A lot of families come here with their kids.

We had an amazing experience at Victory thanks to our server, Zion! He was not only attentive and professional but also incredibly funny, he kept the whole table laughing the entire time. His great energy made the visit even better. If you go to Victory, definitely ask for Zion! Highly recommend!
