We’ve eaten at Victor’s Sushi in Brush many times, and it’s always been spot on — so we were excited to see the Fort Morgan location open. Happy to say it absolutely lives up to the name.
The Fort Morgan restaurant has a great atmosphere and a really nice, clean space — honestly, I think it might even be better than the Brush location in that regard. The service has been excellent every visit.
I’m not a pho snob by any means, but their pho is phenomenal. We’ve had it three times just this week, and it’s been consistently great every single time — piping hot, full of flavor, and loaded with fresh fixings.
Tonight I tried one of their “secret” rolls, the Abbey Roll, and it was outstanding. Fresh, well-balanced, and absolutely delicious.
If you like sushi or pho and haven’t tried Victor’s Sushi #3 yet, you’re missing out. Consistently great food, great service, and a welcome addition to Fort Morgan.

Went there hoping to get a soba bowl, but I didn’t see it on the menu at this location. Decided we would both try the beef Pho and I’m really glad we did! It was really amazing! The broth is rich tasting, the noodles were cooked perfectly, the green onions were super fresh, and the sprouts, peppers, basil, sauces, and lime were all perfect compliments!
The place looks like a real restaurant again, and not a playroom. So nice to be done with that childish crap, and they did a really nice job creating a nice atmosphere to enjoy your meal in.
Just a couple of super young looking employees that did an outstanding job today, and we will definitely be back!

Victor’s Sushi is absolutely amazing! The sushi is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. The service is great, and the atmosphere is welcoming every time we visit. While we do personally love the Brush location even more, Victor’s still delivers consistently excellent food and a great overall experience. Definitely worth checking out!

Got 2 rolls and and a soup to go. The happy hour prices are great! Very fresh food and great service. I definitely recommend this place. The inside is very nice and clean.

Wonderful experience! My husband and I have been coming the last three weeks for our Friday date nights and we have had the best sushi, best conversations with our waiter Nate, and just overall a fine dining experience. Definitely recommend checking out Victor’s sushi and stopping in for good conversation with Nate!
