We drove 40 minutes to experience what many calls the best pizza ever to recieve poor customer service. First, when asked for a menu he quickly responded with an attitude that its posted. Secondly, he stated we could not place an order in person but I had to call the order in. Who doesn’t take in-person orders?! Then lastly, stated it would take 20-30 minutes and it took almost an hour. It appears that because of the quality of the food but normalcy of these behaviors the community has continued to support them. Not sure if the owner is extremely rich, selfish (keeping staffing/ overhead to a minimum) or working out of passion but they would have so much more business if they worked on their customer service. While my friend stepped out to place the order, he STILL waited until AFTER the second ring to snswer the phone. This was hilarious to me. If we hadn’t drove so far or I was alone just to be disrespected, I would’ve not patronized them. They appear entitled and rude. The pizza was excellent. I pray God continues to give them grace though unworthy.

I called in to make an order I asked do they do personal pan. The owner replied saying “ no no and I am blocking your number bc u should know this. “ and proceeded to hang up in my face. I went up there bc I thought maybe he didn’t understand me. So I walked in I asked can I make an order bc I want a small or personal pan pizza. He told me to “ leave he don’t serve people like me.” I said “ wat sir wat did I do i just want a pizza ”. Then he replied “ I hate when u BLACK PEOPLE COME HERE “. I was shocked. I didn’t get that part on record. But I do have him saying “yea go tell all ur black friends go go “. He is very rude. And I’m pregnant, so he really hurt my feelings I got very emotional afterwords. So I’m telling everyone that will listen please just watch who you buy your food from. Stop giving people that don’t care about us ur hard earned money.

Whoever worked the day I was there , maybe the owner , older Asian gentleman, he worked by himself, I called to order a pizza , he said 27 minutes, I commented that was a long time to wait, however I still wanted the pizza , I go by to pick it up and he never made the pizza , it’s carry out only . I wasted a drive for nothing, I never told him not to make it , he never told me that he wasn’t gonna make it . I see why he works alone , no customer service skills whatsoever. It’s a shame because I loved the old victors , I was anticipating a wonderful pizza but my experience was ruined forever

I would like to not give them a star at all. I am from out of town and try to place an order and the guy has had an attitude because he didn’t know what I was talking about and hung up. Didn’t even give me a chance to order something else. Then I called back to order something else and he still had an attitude and I was like well, I don’t even wanna order anything now but yet he said I had an attitude and I didn’t. I used to love eating there when I come to town, but never again.

The pizza at Victor’s is absolutely delicious, it’s one of the best in Mississippi. The customer service is horrible. Not a friendly atmosphere at all. We were treated very rudely. I personally think the owners know they make a good product and know people will still patronize their establishment regardless of their non-professional attitudes. We will NEVER dine in again, we will call in our next order and carry out.

This establishment has no sense of urgency, customer appreciation, and definitely appeared to have third-world health code standards. Owner demanded I wait outside (establishment was fully furnished) and would not refund after explaining my concerns.
