Hands down best Mexican food in the area. Authentic, flavorful and made from scratch by Maria. My fav is the sopitos and rice There’s a reason this place has been in business as long as it has. Go check it out for yourself, you won’t regret it!

Stopped in to get something to take home, didn’t feel like driving so it was a quick walk near where I live. The environment was ok, staff very friendly and welcoming, prices were beyond far especially for the amount of food you get. I ordered the cheese burger and chicken wrap, also some breaded mushrooms. The burger was bigger then expected and so was the chicken wrap. Both were delicious, as I had half of each for dinner. Definitely will be going back to try other things on the menu.

On our way to Milwaukee my 9 year old daughter wanted “Mexican” swung into this place that had some of the best guac and beans I’ve ever had. It’s rated high, and rightfully so.

My kinda place- the owner Maria is just the best and just down to earth. Plus, she makes the best damn food I’ve eaten. Let’s just say I’m becoming a regular..

The Lady(Maria) has rude personality. I called ahead to see if they were open.(July 4th) she answered the phone and said yes. Told her Great, were on our way. Got there, door locked, lights off.
Knocked on door. She opened it with attitude.
Then turning on lights.
Seemed crabby. Asking for a menu..
And if there was any specials for the day.
She answered everything is special.
The whole experience was not good. She needs to hire people that like people and have personality.
Never will return. We walked out. Felt like she was yelling at us.

When I lived in Milwaukee, growing up, I was on the north side so I never made it down this far south. Somehow, however, I heard about this place. I am SO glad I finally checked out Victors! Well, Victors Again. The Mexican food is amazing and the staff are lovely people. If you can, take a little side Milwaukee trip down here – you will not regret it. Get Maria’s Tacos your first time. Then after when you come back – and trust me, you will – you can explore the rest of the menu…

We recently took a drive past and the place looks pretty much the same as it did in the ’60s. Back then it was called the Casaloma and was a country bar. My husband’s father and uncle had owned the place. And held many band events every weekend in the ballroom which was on the other end of the bar. They lived in the back and the kids played in the backyard. There were no houses or shed back then. The (Crusher) Lisowski born in South Milwaukee. And Vern Gagne stopped in there often. These two were the startups of professional wrestling. History is so cool!

The lady working, was very courteous and very friendly, group of 6 of us came in, no call about a decent sized party, served us very quickly. Even though she was the only one working, she still got food out quickly.

Went to the Metro fishing pier to take a walk and unfortunately I didn’t pay attention to the weather. It started pouring and a friend of mine wanted to get coffee or a drink so we decided on the nearest bar/restaurant. This was definitely the right choice! Maria provided amazing service! Greeted us with a smile and is super sweet. The atmosphere is very cozy inside. They only take cash but do have an ATM inside. The food was also fantastic! Will definitely be back for a girls night in the near future.
