I really liked their Detroit style pizza with thicker crust as well as their more traditional thin crust pizza. The Detroit style has a thicker, very crisp crust, but maybe a little greasy with all the meats on it. I also enjoyed their red sauce on the pizza. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try as it is really good.

Decided at the last second we wanted pizza and my husband had a video saved from IG. Some of the reviews are a bit negative but I’m glad I decided to come anyway because everything was fantastic.
I knew from seeing the menu online that I wanted a deep dish pizza and to try wings! We did buffalo and they came out HOT with ranch. Soooo good! We were big backing cause I have no picture of them lol.
The deep dish of course was the highlight! It was thick and really cheesy! Lots of marinara and a huge crust. Really good portions of meat as well. I must have missed the ricotta cheese as an ingredient on the menu but it was so bomb! That kind of pizza that only tastes even better the next day (imo). I will definitely be back!

Popped in for a slice of pizza with my 5 yr old after school pick up. Love this location it is central to everything and mins fr his school, so it is ideal! Not sure the times for the 2 slice deal but they offered it anyway, but my card tap payment failed! Not to worry …very friendly and family oriented! The guy at the counter made sure my lil boy got his cheese pizza! My lil guy was so hungry and eager to take the slice off his hands! Free slice for the kiddo such great costumer service… I will definitely be their regulars! Thanks for feeding my lil boy! My momma heart appreciates it so much!

Ugh, not good at all. Ordered margarita pizza with chicken, the guy who took the order was pleasant but the pizza was pretty bad, sloppy and so soft we couldn’t pick up pieces and no flavor. I can’t recommend it.

This wasn’t our first time ordering from Victorinos, but it was our first time ordering a deep dish pizza (to go). We ordered their 12” Harry Carey’s Deep Dish, Empire State Meat Lovers Pie. It consisted of red sauce, sausage, pepperoni, meatballs, ricotta, parsley, Parmesan, and oregano. We also added mushrooms to our pizza. Upon arrival, it was ready to pay for and boy was it heavy for a 12” pie! The box really got soaked by the time we finished serving the slices at home. It was delicious and everyone that had a slice had positive comments about the pizza. It was fresh, tasty, filling, but pricey! Note: Thursday’s is Deep Dish Pizza Special at Victorino’s, ALL Deep Dish Pizzas are $27! So if you can wait ‘till Thursday’s, it’s a great deal… Overall, I can speak to Victorino’s for their deep dish pizzas and highly recommend ‘em!

Huge disappointment. There was so much hype on social media about this place, so naturally I went to try.
Ordered a full pizza (half and half) which they charged me $2.00 more even though it would have been less toppings than the normal order. Cashier was pretty rude too. You would think if you’re just starting out you would want to provide a great customer service? I guess they don’t care.
$32 for a full pizza (18″) plus $2.00. Pizza was very salty and unfortunately not the NY/NJ style or taste. There’s plenty other pizza places in San Diego that taste more like NY/NJ and are cheaper.

We got the Chicago deep dish and was impressive. The flavors were great and the combinations of the meat and cheese went together perfectly. The wings were delicious, lots of flavor and just the right amount of crisp. Garlic knots were very garlicky, very good and a lot bigger than I anticipated. If they were half the size I think it would be better. Definitely going back to try to NY style pizza and other flavors of the deep dish.

Update: single LG slices are delicious. They also have a special lunch… the ambiance is special. I heard good feedback and just stopped by with pizza cravings. The staff energy is friendly and approachable. There is less parking but more, around the back. Check back for updates

Spent $40 on an 18” pizza and it’s not even 18”. Too much sauce like soup and the crust was so hard can barely bite through. Never again!
