Service was terrible. Food was wrong, cold and inedible. Waitress didn’t care, said she could take 20% off and basically too bad. Won’t return. Spent $60 on 5 meals in which 4 of the 5 plates were wrong.. Literally driving now to get some food since they served Alpo at this place. Waitress dropped food off and didn’t come back to the table until she brought the check, didn’t check on us for over 30 minutes.

Called in an order to Victoria’s for tacos and we ordered an extra side of cilantro. Got the order home only to find that all of the cilantro on the tacos and the side of it were yellow and rotting. Just disgusting. Can’t believe someone working in a kitchen would serve that!

I work in Rogers and call in an order about twice a week and pick up on my way home. I live in Missouri about 45 minutes away, so picking it up on my way is convenient. I really never had an issue before a few times where they got my order wrong but they were always willing to correct it, this was until yesterday. I called in an order and they tried to verify with me by the item number on the menu. Well I don’t have I mean you and I generally call when I’m on my drive so when I say I want to these and whatever I don’t know what item number it is. I expect them to actually listen to my words and take my order from there. On the night of December 7th I had to go order I called in they tried to verify with an item number and name and I corrected them. When I get there I don’t think about the price and I don’t get the receipt because I’m generally never had an issue. I get my food and I drive home that 45 minute trip. When I get home I realize that not only did they mess my order up but they also gave me two messed up orders. When I called they were only willing after a brief heated discussion they were only willing to replace one the next day. The second one that I was charged for that I didn’t order, I was just out of luck on it. Money lost. I called in my order today on my way home and when I got there the disrespect was off the charts. Again they refused to refund me for the extra order and the replacement orders they did give me was heavily lacking. Keep in mind that on me replaced half of what they charge me for. When I went to say something to the lady at the window, she seemed to care very little and willing to do even less. I simply made the comment that that’s okay I can just avoid coming there if this is an issue and she’s simply said okay that’s fine. So my business of twice a week is done deal, no more. Customer service this place is rock bottom

My daughter has celiac and we called to see if they could accommodate her. The said yes, we went and had a great experience and she had zero symptoms of cross contamination. We were so excited and told several friends! However, tonight that all changed. Went back and ordered the exact same thing. And apparently the owner was in the kitchen and would not allow them to cook shrimp in a separate pan or open a fresh bag to limit cross contamination. We are so disappointed that the owner wouldn’t be willing to accommodate someone with a medical condition that can easily be accommodated for.

Service is great! Friendly and accommodating staff. Very friendly. Nice restaurant layout. Atmosphere is very pleasant. Food is outstanding! My friend and I had the #8 lunch special, which is the chicken burrito with rice and beans. The burrito has a white cheese sauce over the top that accentuates the burrito wonderfully! Highly recommend this place! The prices are extremely reasonable for great quality food!

Always loved coming here but this time was awful. The food came out all wrong, every item. She even read back what we ordered. Asked her to fix things and she charged us for the remakes. When we went to check out, another server asked how everything was and when we said “it was okay” she didn’t even make an effort to ask what happened. I should have said something but we had waited so long for everything and just wanted out of there.

We ordered food to go after work and it was all a big mess. Each to go box has refried beans all over the place ((No the food on the left aint been touched or eaten yet and it looks like slop)) and the food wasn’t as much as we received the last time we ate there a few months back. $25 wasn’t worth how our food was received. Ain’t going back.

My wife and I always enjoy dining at Victoria’s Mexican restaurant in Pea Ridge. We got there Saturday evening at about 5:30 and were seated quickly. The Waitress brought our drinks and fresh chips and salsa. My wife and I had the Chicken Chimichanga with the shredded chicken. It came we with rice and beans. The portions were generous, and the food was very favorable and satisfying. That’s the reason the restaurant is usually busy. We highly recommend Victoria’s Mexican restaurant.

This was a great dining experience. This is the third time I have been in Victoria’s and it is always a memorable occasion. The atmosphere is cozy and suited for privacy or group get together. The staff is friendly and the food has never been disappointing. The fork in the picture is for size persective. Victoria’s Supreme Burrito is on a 10″ flour tortilla stuffed to the brim. When it was brought to my table, all I could say was, “Wow!” Thank you, Victoria’s for you excellent service.
