My son has come home multiple times raving about the breakfast sandwiches from the deli under new ownership. I walked in and had to try for myself. The woman at the counter not sure of her name was super friendly and I was not let down by my son’s recommendation to try the bacon egg and cheese it was absolutely amazing, and the staff again was so friendly cooked fresh soft roll exactly the way I like it

You have to check this place out. They have an amazing new owners who have been there about maybe a year or two now they have these new iced coffees which are truly amazing. The food is great quality amazing taste. They have breakfast sandwiches all day until they close, which is truly amazing. You can either have lunch breakfast. Please go try them out.

I was really excited to try this bagel deli, but unfortunately, it was a major letdown. The bagels were hard and dry, not at all fresh like you’d expect. The toppings were lackluster, with barely any cream cheese and the toppings I requested were wrong. The service was also disappointing – the staff seemed disinterested and a bit rude. I won’t be coming back anytime soon. For the price, I expected much better quality and service. Really bad service!!! Dont waste your time

DoorDash brought the wrong food and they said the woman at the deli said the bag I got was for me. I called the deli and they picked up the phone and hung up. I called back to let them know DoorDash blamed it on them. The woman was honest and said the receipt that was taped on fell off the bag. The manager should have opened the bag and made sure her assumption was correct. My Oder was for a sandwich and a large container of potato salad, the order I received was a sandwich on a roll. They should have easily been able to feel the weight of the bad did not match up. Change your system. You stapled the bag closed but used tape to secure the receipt to the bag and it fell off.

Hours on Google say Deli closes at 4pm. We arrived at 2:30pm to lights off and a girl mopping. I asked her if she was open and she said they were closed. I told her online it says 4pm and she said they close at 3pm now. It’s 2:30 why are they closed? This needs to be fixed immediately. Don’t know if I’ll make another trip there considering deli was suppose to be open. Call ahead instead of wasting your time as I did.

Disappointing, and over priced. Sandwiches are good, unless you wanted the one you ordered. Have now had 2 experiences back to back where the sandwich is completely wrong. Ordered a turkey club on rye with Mayo, only to get home and it is a stack of turkey on rye bread, no Mayo, nothing else on the sandwich. Thinking maybe they didn’t hear me correctly and let it pass. Went today and I ordered the Itis, only to get home and see i finally got my turkey club I wanted a few weeks prior. I watched the woman behind me order off the sandwich board specials and the worker had no idea what sandwich she was referring to. Then watched a man order 1/2lb of potato salad, which in my opinion took way too long as that was the only thing he came in for, for him to then be given 1lb, only reason he noticed was she was charging $11 for it, she then tried charging $5.50 for the 1/2lb and when he said it was expensive she then lowered it to $4.90. Expensive, not worth the wait (always spend 20 min at the minimum) and I don’t receive correct food. Will definitely be waiting to go back and see if management can work out their kinks and get adequate employees.

Been going here religiously on weekends for my breakfast. Was perfect with the new owners until today. Guess they weren’t in today and whoever they had open for them, was dreadful. Guy that answered the phone was rude. After repeating my order to the lady that took my phone 3 times, they still butchered it. Went there to pick up and half the order they either didn’t have, didn’t make, or was wrong. Such a shame
