Great service, wonderful flavors. Unfortunately my fries and BLT were not warm at all—still tasty, though. I think they will get everything worked out. Very nice waitresses and the potential of the space for fun is great.

It used to be really great. Both the food and cocktail menu has been paired back drastically. Service continues to be poor and it takes FOREVER to get your food. Even when it’s just a basic menu, it still takes way to long to get your food. It makes me so sad because this place used to be really good. Not anymore, unfortunately.

Disappointed with new menu. Service has also taken a dive. We live in Victor and eat here several times a month and it was our favorite local place for lunch. Adult grilled cheese was our favorite!! We went once since new menu and what a disappointment. Pool tables in the main room, that is uncomfortable for everyone getting in/out of booths (which are elevated) …not that I’ve seen the pool tables get much use. Not sure what they were thinking with this change. Sorry to see this place go downhill, looks like we aren’t the only ones, the parking lot is rarely full anymore and it used to be busy during prime dinning hours.

There was a time i would give this restaurant more than 5 stars. But as of late they are getting rid of almost the whole restaurant aspect. it’s now just a bar with 4 entrée options and appetizers. Used to be My favorite place to eat and now it’s just a glorified bar.

Horrible service. We were told to pick a booth after waiting at the host station for a couple of minutes. We were brought menus but were not asked what we would like to drink, were not told about any specials or even given water.
We sat and watched 3 more tables be sat, brought water and had their drink of orders taken without having anyone return to our table.
After 15-20 minutes of being ignored we walked out.
We wanted to try something different. Too bad we couldn’t even get service. We will not be returning.

We have tried to like this place and it fallen short both times. We ordered burgers once. They were raw. Told the waitress and she was disinterested and said she could bring us to go boxes. It had already taken over 30 mins to get our food and it was not busy. We left our food got our check, paid full price and left. Went back after a month hoping it was better. Hamburger came out raw and the French dip was like leather. Once again left with a meal we could not eat, left on the table, rude waitress and paid full price. Save yourself a lot of money, aggravation and time. I’d give this 0 stars if I could.

Victor Station is the bomb !! Best burger we’ve had anywhere. (I had the boxcar and my boyfriend had the mushroom burger). Made exactly how you want it. The food was hot out of the kitchen. The waiter was awesome and checked on us frequently. Margarita was a little strong. Couldn’t drink it all and I love tequila!! This place is worth the drive . We’ll definitely be coming back.

Lunch there today for 4 of the 5 of us was terrific; however, mine was almost laughable. I ordered white chili with chicken: what I got wasn’t even respectable as a soup, much less as a “chili”. Though the thin liquid was savory and augmented with several slices of jalapeño, the chicken must have walked through on stilts, and there were only 3 beans in the entire bowl (note BOWL, not cup!). I brought the sorry offering to the waitress’s attention solely to suggest it not be served to others, and though she reduced my bill accordingly, it did little to fill my stomach. That said, the atmosphere was fine, the service commendable, but since food is the primary objective? Uneven at best! Doubt I’ll try again.

This was an amazing place to eat the food was 5 stars . Now they changed it to bar and casino its not even worth stopping in they jacked the prices. Now I wouldn’t rate them a 1 star. Its sad to see them go like this…
