The server was most likely the owner. She was very friendly and let us know that all the hot meals are made by her from scratch. She cooks the roast for the beef Manhattan, house made chicken and dumplings, huge salads, club sandwich is more than you can eat. Most meals are under 10.00 and the tea is 1.40. Every thing was very good and I will go back.

Best roast beef I’ve had in a while! Juicy and tender and the mashed potatoes are to die for. The place was clean and the bathroom was spotless. I didn’t catch her name but our waiteress was awesome. Cooked our food from scratch right on the spot. Kept our drinks up and was nice and kind. 27 bucks for 3 people. Can’t beat it! Nice mom and pop shop. Definitely going back

Nice little neighborhood cafe. We talked to a table of two generations of local ladies that have eaten at Vic’s their whole life. Grandma was at least eighty. She said to order the cod or chicken and dumplings. We had the turkey club and fried. We would eat there again if in the area.

Everything was amazing. The food was really good and the waitress, Jeanie, was charming and funny. Outside of the dank cigarette smell, though it wasn’t smokey, was the ONLY downside.
