Edit: somethin I love to do with any sandwich/burger I buy is to take them home and airfry them at 400° for like 3-5 minutes to get a lil extra crunch on them… and omg the bread they use here is the perfect thickness for it. Get a nice crunchy outside and the inside is still that extra fluffy moist bread (idk if they steam em or what) but im a crunchy boi so if you follow after my heart and own an air fry. Try this ouuut. Also like to add Sriracha to my philly (no onion, no pepper- ADD BACON )

Where to start. Wanted to try a spread of food to give it a fair shake. I got the Philly whole add mushrooms with mayo no mustard (strange to add that but eh options) husband gave it a 10/10 bread to meat was great. Seasoning was perfect! Cheese fries were great “like Captain D’s but better.” Cheese sticks are nice and thick not to overwhelmed with breading so gets bonus points for that! I had the smash burger single, caramelized onions instead of raw, that’s the move!! Came with tom,let,cheese,pickles,mayo and a fluffy bun. Cheese fries are amazing!! Husband said” best food I’ve ever had in Madisonville…..ever!” And I completely agree!! Wait time wasn’t crazy from the time I ordered till I was otw home was only 30 minutes but keep in mind all the food I ordered. There were several people ahead of me but that didn’t seem to effect much. Food was hot and fresh. The workers were super friendly a refreshing change to most “fast food” employees these days. Can’t find a fault tbh. I hope this is the norm and they stay in business and don’t waver from this standard! Highly recommend!!! Good job guys

This is how a restaurant should be, they have it perfected. The food is delicious, I challenge anyone to find a restaurant with a drive thru that is even a close comparison in delicious food. The staff is excellent, friendly & professional. Prices are very reasonable & Id say beat most fast food chains. I not only recommend Vic’s but you’d be doing yourself a disservice by not trying it.

They have the best hamburgers, fries, subs and cheese sticks out of any fast food / restraunt in Monroe County hands down. I wish they had a dine in option but drive thru is good to. The food is freshly cooked to order. The owners are amazing people and staff is friendly. Plus the prices aren’t bad. The size of the large fries is enough for 2 people. Mozzarella sticks were hot, fresh and marinara sauce is home made- has fresh tomato seeds in sauce. Was blown away on quality of food, service with a smile, and so happy there is a good place to eat at here in Monroe County.

Been here 4 times now and has been great every time. I haven’t strayed from the philly because it has been so good. The whole phillys are a foot longs with fries and drink it’s around $16, good size fry too.
It would be nice if they had a website or partnered with an app so you could put your order in before you get there. Even setting up a phone number and being able to call it in would be a great addition.
This place is drive through only for those who don’t know. Also it might take a minute to get in and out but it’s worth it because the food is made to order.

The guy at the airport recommended this place when I was doing his fire extinguisher inspections. He said they have all around amazing food. That’s just got American written all over it and when I came here and ordered the double cheeseburger with fries I didn’t expect it to be really that good but it’s pretty amazing for a small town restaurant that’s family owned and operated. It’s really really good!!!

I love this place. I have never gotten anything less than the best hot fresh food and I’ve been there a lot since they opened. Only thing I would say wouldn’t be my favorite is there chicken parm, it’s just the sauce not the chicken. I still order it sometimes to change things up but it’s not my first pick. My husband loves it it’s just not my cup of tea. I love their cheese sticks but often drink the marina with my bite of cheese stick instead of dipping. I have hypersensitive taste buds so maybe it’s just the lack of a seasoning I’m used to. It is all still wonderful. We have tried everything on the menu. They do not have phone in orders because everything is practically made to order, but I would rather wait in a line to get fresh food from them than go anywhere else the majority of the time. The prices are really good but there are no combo prices. Drinks are separate prices. We don’t usually get drinks to save money since you can’t eat there. The last thing I will mention is the people there are an absolute delight they appreciate every customer.

I understand the 5 star reviews. We ate here tonight and had a great meal. I got the cheese steak and my husband got the double cheeseburger, appetizers were mozzarella sticks and chili cheese tots. It was all delicious but especially the cheese steak. My husband doesn’t like them but even he wanted to go back to get one when he tried. We will be back for sure.

Stop in every now and then and it’s always good. Today I got the breakfast bun and it was the best breakfast sandwich I ever had. so tasty and of course the lady in the window was very sweet. My husband got 1/2 meatball sub and 1/2 BLT and both were so good. Ver highly recommend this place
