My boyfriend and I have been here dozens of times and everything is good. I mean everything! This is a family restaurant and it really feels like it. The staff are so sweet and very flexible.

My first experience at Vico’s was very pleasant. I highly recommend you make a reservation if you would like to go, as we were sat immediately when we arrived at the restaurant. There might be a long wait otherwise. The restaurant is small, however it makes up for that in a lot of other areas. Our table for 4 was nicely in the back and actually away from most people, so our conversation was uninterrupted. We got a range of food from pasta to seafood, and no one had a complaint, it was only good things to say. I personally got the gnocchi, and the chef even came out to ask if I wanted any modifications to the sauce, which I thought was thoughtful. I stuck with the original sauce on the menu, and was not disappointed. Their bartenders are also really good at making you a cocktail you might want, even if not on the menu. My mom was really impressed by what they managed to make for her. I personally found the dessert melon limoncello to be just absolutely amazing. I would absolutely come back here for a family celebration night, or even a date night.

Nice restaurant. Good food. Atmosphere was quite loud. We found it hard to hear conversations at the table because voices carried over from other tables. It’s not a big dining area and so tables were very close one another. Other than that, the food and service was good.

My family and I had a lovely dinner at Vico. We all had different pastas and two appetizers, and the chef was accomodating to – of all things – an allergy to raw garlic. Starting bread was warm and fluffy. Tiramisu was delicious. Only downside was service was a little slow, but most of that is probably due to the cook-to-order freshness.

Cozy spot that is family run. It’s recommended to have a reservation. The pasta and risotto were fine but I’ve had better in Boston. The calamari and the dessert were very good though. I highly recommend the moose.

Excellent restaurant. Good food, tasty, not pretentious. Pleasant atmosphere, quiet Italian music (unbelievable, you can talk and not scream) excellent service. Fair pricing.

Was back in town for my high school reunion and stopped in with friends — what a top-notch spot. Family-owned, welcoming, and the food was outstanding. Prices were very reasonable too. This will definitely be our new go-to whenever we’re back. Thanks for the hospitality, Vinny!

Why would I go to the North End when I have Vico’s 15 minutes away? The quality is phenomenal every single time with the most eclectic interior!! You walk in and automatically feel like family with how amazing the staff treats you. HIGHLY recommend the cacio e pepe, the best i’ve ever had!! Couldn’t recommend a better Italian spot!

All I heard was Vico’s was authentic Italian, and delicious. Maybe it was a bad night for the Chef, Hostess, and servers. I didn’t experience any of the above.
Amuninni!
First impressions go a long way. The Hostess was very unpleasant. Her tone was sharp and rude. She took us to our table and threw the menus.
Our server was pleasant enough with lots of smiles but seemed overwhelmed.
She forgot our salad, cheese, and never refilled our drinks. She always address us as “My friend”. “My friend are you ready to order”? “My friend would you like dessert”? What I would have liked “my friend” is my salad before dinner, cheese for my pasta, and a refill on my drink.
The restaurant was very clean but be prepared it is small. The noise level is very loud and hard to have conversations.
