It had been on my list to try and since it was close to Thanksgiving it was the perfect time to try their seasonal pumpkin pastelito! It was delish and full of flavor, I got the quesito as well and it was good.

When I went ordering took a while and it was not as organized, but the staff were attentive and nice.

Next time I have to try their coffee and other goodies!

Quality is going down significantly. I’m a frequent customer so I am not making anything up. Went yesterday and today and empanadas are all burnt and with little filling. Pastries were cold and stiff, overheard one employee telling a customer or friend if they wanted theirs heated which would have been nice if they asked me the same… I went myself to ask for the pastries to be heated but the outer crust of the guava and cheese was still cold.

5 stars! Of COURSE 5 stars! This place has been a Miami/Hialeah staple for decades! I grew up in Miami and my mom used to bring me there during Saturday morning errands. Cuban sandwiches, croquetas, and Jupina! And now we finally have them in Orlando. Can’t wait for the Waterford location to open. Cuban sandwiches better than anything else you’re gonna find in Orlando. So happy to see them expand and make it this far north. I’ll be here at least weekly. Looking forward to getting more of my favorites!

For many years I’ve known Vicky Bakery from Miami. I’m very happy to have found one now in Orlando and be able to enjoy my favorite dessert, the guava tarts. The staff’s service was very good, especially the cashier’s, who was excellent, very attentive and willing to answer any questions in a very kind manner and always with a big, affectionate smile. Her name is Franyelis. Wonderful service

In general was okay, was difficult sometimes to understand them, and the people work there they don’t know the products, I asked questions regarding the ingredients and they just said “nena is from mayami” we don’t know, we don’t eat this, some was rude like I take it or leave it but don’t make any questions. They don’t talk, they yelling! I’ll pick mecatos bakery next time! I saw the response from the company and my apologies I’m Latin too, and I work with public, I know about diversity and culture, customer service is totally different when we are running a business, and it’s no a good excuse said because their are from this part of the world it’s okay that type of treatment, but thanks for take the time for respond, that was my personal experience twice! Blessings. Good luck!

When arriving to Vicky’s Bakery I was met by Yelenni and her customer service was spectacular extremely polite and helpful. I didn’t really know what I wanted and she made it extremely comfortable for me and guided me thru the menu and I left so content and with many options which were all delicious. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the Orlando Area. This has became an everyday spot for me to come in and dine in morning and late afternoons. Her customer service deserves a lot of praise she’s definitely supervisor material

Very friendly staff. Pastries were good, cafe con leche (coffee with milk), tostada (toasted Cuban bread with butter), and other desserts were tasty.

Was told to try this place out by a friend. Customer service needs some help. Workers standing around not acknowledging when food is ready. I ordered a Cuban sandwich and I would have to say it wasn’t what I expected the bread was not toasted the bistec was not flavorful and it had too much mayo. If you want some authentic Cuban food try some other places. The place was very clean that much I can say.

First time coming and probably last. The place is alright, the attention is mid, food lets a lot to be desired but it isnt bad. Croquetas were pretty good. The cuban sandwich had a good taste but i feel like it was missing on something. I got a mamey shake and thats were it went sideways for me, it tasted like everything but mamey, i brought it up to them and they said they use an icream, they let me try it and it did taste a bit like mamey but not like the shake i got…no intent to replace it whatsoever. Its a nice place to grab a quick bite just dont have high expectations. This is nowhere near the vickys in miami

The food is executed very well. The Papa Rellena is smaller and more manageable, Cuban sandwich is elite – fresh, crispy, appropriate condiments- it was the best Cuban I’ve had in a while. Great pastry selection and wonderful party/catering resource. I definitely will be back, thank you!
