Sabrina at Vick’s Burgers on Saratoga gave me absolutely exceptional service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was fresh, hot, and clearly made with care — you can really tell when someone takes pride in what they do. Sabrina went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable, and it honestly made the meal even better. Customer service like that is rare these days. I’ll definitely be back!

Hello! I’m sorry I don’t have any photos due to me trashing my order. I wanted the mushrooms was told you were out. I wanted a 3pc chicken and was told twenty five to thirty minutes, so I just went with what was my next option. Wrong choice for sure…
I walked in and the young lady you had on grill was operating without any gloves on preparing guests food. Secondly never washed her hands as I stood there watching before putting on a pair of black gloves. Thirdly I observed the drive thru young lady and your grill cook walking around eating food and preparing orders. I literally came because of the great reviews I read and how it’s recommended through my coworkers since I just moved here a month ago.

Kind of disappointed in the Hamburger basket. The hamburger and fries were not made to order. The order came out too quickly in less than 5 mins. You can tell the beef patty was already cooked as well as the fries. Nothing was hot about it. When Vicks was at their old location on Port it was so much better. The inside was very clean and the decor was very nice.

Haven’t been here in forever and I was very disappointed. No lettuce and tomato on my burger when he said “all the way” and I said “yes” (did have plenty of pickles and onions), my tea was not sweet (even my son did not like it and they tell the truth straight up), they put the wrong cookie for my son and it tasted gross (sugar instead of chocolate chip and we both spit it out), and then I got an order of fried mushrooms which consisted of 6 total, very small mushrooms (4 caps and 2 with stems). All for about $30. Not happy. The only good thing was the fries.
