Great breakfast. But be prepared for a wait if it is busy. It’s worth the wait, tho. The prices were decent as well. Service was very friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious and tasty. Coffee was also pretty dang good. And refills on the coffee was amazing!

Vicki’s for the Breakfast win! We stumbled on this place because it was close to where we staying. Man were we lucky! The service was great, the food was yummy, and the prices were very reasonable. I got the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a bagel. The bagel was soft and the egg was perfectly cooked. My husband got an omelette and a side of biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were some of the best I’ve ever had. Soft on the inside and buttery/toasty on the outside. The gravy was phenomenal with it. I also need to mention how nice our server was. Attentive, friendly, and genuine. I will absolutely return here when I return to Michigan.

Love the little diner and service. They were very attentive and charming. The food was good. We had the eggs Benedict florentine which had a lot fo florentine on it. It was good but could have used a little. The hash browns were really tasty. Worth the visit.

Nothing really to write home about here. My bacon was on the almost burnt side. I did like the option of getting silver dollar pancakes instead of toast. Also on the positive side were the home fries…nice and crispy. The bathroom was not very clean which never bodes well for the cleanliness of the kitchen

Small beat up strip mall place (i.e. Cheap old tables and chairs that were very worn and every chair seat ripped, silverware with spots, one seater old bathroom, etc.) Had such good reviews we decided to try it but had to wait 20+ minutes for table of 6 (understandable). However, we waited at least another 45 minutes to get our breakfast food. Mediocre diner food. I have no idea why people review so highly. Prices were not cheap but you did get good portions. Staff was friendly but not enough plusses to this place for me.

I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by two of the waitresses and sat at the bar. It has the feel of a classic small town American diner, complete with regular patrons judging from the staff and customer interactions. Very warm and welcoming. My waitress checked in and got drinks to me quickly. When asked about recommendations, she was very helpful. The coffee here is really good. Both waitresses checked in with me multiple times asking if I’d like a warm up on my coffee. Awesomely attentive and personable staff!
The eggs Benedict I ordered came out fast and was cooked to perfection. The hollandaise sauce was some of the best I’ve had (they make their own). Hash browns were crisp and browned and not greasy at all. Good size portions for the price as well. Definitely will return to this hidden gem whenever I’m in the area!

Update: I went back to this place in February and got a eggs, bacon and pancakes. The pancakes were like greasy styrofoam, the eggs were over cooked and the bacon was slightly burnt. I can’t even voice my disappointment after having such a good experience the first time I came here. The staff seemed less attentive and more interested with the “regulars” and it took longer for coffee warm ups. Sitting in the main dining area this time, I found the place to be a bit more run down and in need of general maintenance and cleaning. Due to this experience, I have to down rate my original review from 5 to 2 stars.

Liked this local breakfast favorite. A nice breakfast for the money. Coffee could have been a bit stronger for our liking. Nice crispy hash browns. Also nice offering of breakfast items. My husband loved his sausage and eggs w rye toast.

Prices are absolutely phenomenal, 2 of us paid $24 for our breakfast with drinks. Their sausage gravy is a must try. Everything tasted delicious and homemade!
