Amazing tomato soup and pretty good sandwiches! I felt that I had to dip the sandwich in the soup to have maximum enjoyment. I didn’t like that the fruit bowl was only apples and that wasn’t disclosed to us before upgrading for $2. Very nice coffee spot to stay and do work. There is a lot of seats and nicely spaced out

I have visited Vibrant Coffeehouse + Kitchen on 2 occasions since they opened at the Bettendorf location. I utilized the drive thru on both occasions. During my first visit, ordering was easy and efficient. The staff were friendly and attentive. However, it took the staff member a few minutes to come to the window after I ordered at the menu. The staff member was knowledgeable and provided me with my hot beverage after paying for it. She also answered questions that I had about the app for rewards. On my 2nd visit, I ordered through the drive thru again, and had a similar experience. I ordered a cold beverage and a breakfast food item. I then parked my car, so that I could eat at the dining tables on the patio. The quality of the food and beverages are excellent and they are delicious as well. Once I entered my vehicle and was ready to leave about an hour or so later, I took another sip of my beverage and a long fine brown strand of hair came up through the straw. I immediately went back through the drive through to inform staff of this issue and requested for management to be present. They listened and were empathetic. The manager came out to my vehicle and I showed her the issue. She resolved the issue and handled the situation appropriately. I truly hope that this is a rare occasion and staff that prepare beverages are mindful of lengthy hair that may fall into someone’s food or drink while they are preparing and serving for customers.

It’s beautiful inside and has a nice vibe. Service was fine, nothing rushed. The avocado toast was pretty bland, but was well topped at least. The drink sizes are small for the price.

I came pretty late, about an hour before they closed and they were still making all of their espresso drinks. Quite often I run into coffee shops that either close before their posted time or they’ll clean up early so that they can try to get out right at closing. Luckily, none of the Vibrant locations I’ve been to do that. I tried the Honey Lavender Latté as well as the Endless Summer energy drink. I had a long night ahead of me so I wanted to make sure I had something tasty that would keep me awake. They did not fail me!
I’m looking forward to coming back during the day and enjoying their space. It’s so comfy and inviting. There’s tons of tables inside, conference rooms, some tufted chairs and a couch by the fireplace, patio seating, and high tops. There’s even a working ATM from their prior days as a bank. Super cool! The staff was great, too!

I was highly impressed by this place. Former bank converted into a coffee shop. Cool place to hang out with more than enough space. I didn’t try the food but the coffee was good, the place was clean, and the staff was friendly. Free refills on the coffee as well.

This is a great place for a coffee. Really great if you need to do some office work, zooms , etc. coffee is quality, food solid. They even have a nice little gift shop for some unique items. They are certainly trying to be clever with their marketing side of things as well.

This was the slowest service I have ever had at a coffee shop! There were 2 high school girls working and were not good at managing the shop when it was busy. I decided to wait and call to talk with manager and all she said was she was sorry. I usually don’t complain but it really was the worst experience I have had at any coffeehouse! I gave it 2 stars because the atmosphere was nice.

Visited this morning for the first time!! Delaney (I believe that was the young woman’s name) helped me and my husband, she was the sweetest! We had never been here before so we didn’t know what we wanted to have, she was intelligent and informed, which was refreshing. Not only did she help us out, she also made our drinks, which were terrific! Definitely will be back, not only because of the amazing food and drink, but also because of the kind and welcoming atmosphere. 10/10 recommend!
