Great food! Came in, ordered online through the third party website! The girl at the front with the glasses was very sweet! However the girl with red/pink hair with a fishnet covering her hair was plain out rude. So expect to have semi rude customer service from some of the girls with no business etiquette.
Also, I had macaroni and cheese, and it had hair in it. One very long strand of hair, I pulled and more kept coming ! Ugh! This was very disappointing
I love supporting black owned businesses, and will continue to support them.
However, some improvements must be made in order to keep customers. As a business owner myself I understand The difficulties in our culture but when people are spending money… ain’t no excuse!
Great food tho! Can’t wait to try that Alfredo! I’ll update when I do.

If you’re anywhere near Upper Marlboro and haven’t been to Vibes Southern Cuisine, you are seriously missing out.
From the moment we walked in, we received a warm welcome from the two young ladies up front — good energy, warm hospitality, and the kind of welcoming service that makes you feel like family. But let’s talk about the FOOD. Absolutely phenomenal.
Every single dish we ordered, and we ordered a little of everything, was seasoned to perfection. Not too salty, not too spicy — just that flawless, down-home Southern flavor that hits your soul in the best way. You can tell the kitchen knows exactly what they’re doing. I actually felt inclined to call one of the cooks JUST to say the food was outstanding. The flavors were bold, rich, and layered — the kind of cooking that reminds you why Southern cuisine is undefeated.
The sides we order? TOP. TIER. Every single one. No throwaways, no fillers. Each side dish was perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. It’s rare to go somewhere where everything you order is fire — but that’s exactly what happened here.
The portions were generous, and every bite had my us talking about how soon we’re coming back.

I haven’t even got the food yet and I’m already annoyed . You can only place the order thru some odd site or in person . So I order online and sent my son to pick it up I get a phone call they asking him to get a picture of my ID! Never experienced this before and based off of that it’s my 1st and last time coming here …
Food arrived TRASH… fries are overcooked and look there the non name brand fries from shoppers . Fish over seasoned and cold as if it was cooked hours ago and it was placed under a warmer .

So delicious! I’ve been trying to get here for a few years now but the schedule would never align with mine, but finally I was able to. I got the crab fries, crab cake, peach cobbler, and wings with mac n cheese and greens. Everything was delicious. I will say the greens had a little kick to them and the crab fries, so maybe having the option of not putting the hot sauce on them might help. But other than that everything was really tasty. The peach cobbler was also very sweet but still delicious. I definitely will return to try out more items for sure. When I placed my order a lot of things were already sold out, which says a lot about the quality of food. Very sweet couple who owns and runs this restaurant. So amazing to see them blossom.

I ordered two platters of honey old bay wings and no sauce was put on my order. When I went inside to PAY for a side of sauce I was told they don’t sell the sauce on the side and that I would need to bring my food back inside for them put the sauce on top. So not only did I not get what I ordered and payed for when I was prepared to pay more for the sauce I was still told no. A shame 19 dollars for dry wings.

I am a food enthusiasts with a broad palate. I tried this spot for the first time yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised. It’s a small spot but very clean and organized. I got fried catfish with mac and cheese and collard greens. All of it was absolutely delicious!!
Please keep doing what you are doing and keep the quality up. Very impressive, unassuming soul food spot!!

We first found this spot during Covid and I must say what a difference a couple of years make. The food is awesome and hits you in the right spot. I love the mashed sweet potatoes and everything tasting so fresh, you know is good. We can always make this 30-minute trip.

Vibes Southern Cuisine served up some delicious food! I ordered the fried fish and shrimp platter plus extra shrimp with fresh collard greens and mashed sweet potatoes, and everything was flavorful and well-seasoned. The Hennessy BBQ sauce was a definite hit! The peach cobbler was good, though I think it would be even better with a thicker crust.
The service was great, but I do wish they had a seating area to dine in. Overall, a solid spot for tasty Southern food—I’d definitely recommend it!

Found this spot via google map when searching for a bite to eat Thursday afternoon. Vibes receives a solid 5 stars after our visit. The young lady at the register provided exceptional service and recommendations. Plus, it always makes customers feel welcome when greeted with a smile. The atmosphere was inviting and clean. I loved the positive and uplifting quotes posted. Lastly, the bang bang crab fries and salted caramel banana pudding were oh so delicious ! I wish there was a Vibes Southern Cuisine near me, but since there isn’t I will definitely return the next time I am in the area. Keep up the great job in creating yummy food and providing outstanding service!!

My first time trying this establishment & it won’t be my last. Got the seafood platter with greens and Mac n cheese. The crabcake was pretty good & the fish fried perfectly. Sides were okay. The banana pudding was delish! I’ll be back soon to try something else.
