They couldn’t care less about their customer satisfaction. Manager was informed about most of meal being overcooked, seemed pretty passive and unapologetic about it completely. None of the staff were friendly nor welcoming. Sad I had high hopes and spent $20+ on the burger and sweet potato fries. Not sure why Ciabata is cooked to a crisp in the first place? Tried to push through the meal as I’m former military and can usually push through but I just couldn’t make it. I’ve attached a photo of one of the “sweet potato fries”. I’ve been eating vegan food off and on for years and I’ve literally never had a bad meal until today. Also this is my second ever poor review for a restaurant ever but people need to be made aware.

We ordered the breakfast bowl—it wasn’t bad, though a bit on the salty side. Seeing the 4.9-star rating, I had pretty high expectations, but it didn’t quite live up to the hype. Not sure why it has so many glowing reviews

This one hurts to write.

I love supporting vegan restaurants where I can order anything without worrying about the ingredients. Even though this place is pricey I happily supported it because it stood for something.

Now that it’s no longer vegan, it feels like a completely different place. Seeing venison, eggs, and raw dairy on the menu was honestly jarring. That shift isn’t small, it changes the entire atmosphere and comfort level for me. Cross-contact becomes a concern, and I no longer feel at ease dining here.

The branding around these new additions being described as “ethical” is the most frustrating part. They try to explain how their meet and eggs can be “ethical” but they don’t even bother to try to explain how their raw dairy is “ethical.” Probably because is no logical argument. Their pride and excitement about these “ethical” addictions feels entirely disconnected from the community that originally supported this space.

I’m genuinely disappointed.

Really love this place. I’m so grateful to have a place that cares about quality of food used (organic). Overall great vibe with great food. Unfortunately, a bit pricey so hard to justify coming here more regularly. But overall am SO glad to have nearby and will come as much as I can without going bankrupt. 😉

Very delicious and healthy food. I was just surprised that in this place there is so much of plastic use.

The man helping me was very kind and happy, he had a kind smile the entire time! I even received an extra (and free!) slice of banana bread! My Fiesta Bowl was a fiesta in my mouth, would come again! And the Chunky Monkey smoothie was so chocolately. Thanks for the great experience as it was my first time eating at Vibe. 10/10

I’ve visited a different location of this restaurant before, and the food and atmosphere were always fantastic, so I was excited to try this location for the first time. Overall, the service was great, and the food was good, but I did notice a slight difference in preparation. For example, the waffle came with a bit more gravy than I expected, which made it softer than usual and a little too soggy for my liking. At the other location, they typically drizzle a lighter amount of gravy, which I personally prefer, so I think I’ll try something else next time.

That being said, the food here is always delicious, and I appreciate the clean and welcoming environment. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant itself was spotless, including the bathroom. There’s also plenty of parking outside, which is convenient. While my breakfast wasn’t exactly what I was hoping for this time, I’ll definitely return and try another dish on the menu.

Amazing place. We pretty much tried half the menu. We had the sweetest helper named Amy and Hailey.
She was such a delight and told us about all the products used. Love love the food , atmosphere and workers. Yummmyyyyy.

Unbelievably, this business (all three locations) have now chosen to harm animals in the name of “profits”, when they have successfully been vegan for MANY years and so many of us loved it here.

This is such a massive disappointment to the whole community, but especially to the animals. SHAME on you Vibe.

Added a photo for proof of my many years of support which I now regret!

This place lives up to its name because it truly is a vibe. The Mediterranean salad was so fresh and filling.
