Will have to say this place is good and we will give another chance, I know their food is great here. We ordered polpette di melanzane
(Fried mini eggplant balls with mozzarella cheese, croutons and fresh herbs, served with truffle fonduta cheese sauce) this one was mushy in the center and crispy outside little flavor, portobello ripieno (Grilled and stuffed portobello mushroom with crab meat topped with mozzarella cheese) we all like it tasty, vongole e cozze (Mussels and clams in a white wine or marinara sauce) this one was overly salted we sent it back to chef, for appetizers, main courses cheese ravoli (Choice of Marinara, Bolognese, Alfredo, or Vodka pink sauce) we chose the bolognese sauce the very tasty and the ravolis were al dente the way it should be, lasagna al viareggio (Lavers of pasta with bolognese, ricotta, and mozzarella cheese) was just ok, spaghetti carbonara (Traditional sauce with pancetta, and egg yolk in a white wine sauce) very tasty, but heavy could not eat a whole order to yourself, grilled lamb rack with beans and cubed potatoes, we ordered it medium rare, it came out rare it came out very rare i the middle sent it back the chef, and for dessert we ordered tiramisu it was very light on the sweetness of the whip cream the chocolate was very good and they sent us complimentary cannoles very good I will be ordering those next time.

We just had our Christmas party at this restaurant and it was so wonderful. Alberto the owner and his staff were so so kind and made the event an evening to remember. We selected this venue because we have eaten there on several occasions and not only is the food absolutely delicious but the staff has the best customer service. We ended the evening closing out our party with the entire staff joining in on the dancing! Great people, great service, great evening. Highly recommend this restaurant.

This was my first visit to Viareggio’s and it certainly will not be my last. The food was extremely flavorful and well presented, the service was attentive but not intrusive, and the abiance and piano player made the evening even more elevated. Food portions were extremely generous and well priced.

My husband and I have been here twice now. We are so thrilled to have found a new local authentic Italian restaurant near our home that has all the boxes checked off. Nice, cozy elegant environment with live music on the Saturday we went. Excellent service ( I think mostly family members of the head chef/owner) and the food comes out quickly and paced perfectly. We ordered the linguine vongole and the shrimp fra diavolo with spaghetti and both were cooked perfectly al dente and the sauces were delicious! The shrimps are large, plump and very fresh and they use large delicious clams for the linguine. We had two of their salads (tricolore and the pear salad) and both were dressed just right and very fresh with generous amounts of cheese. We also tried their frita mista which was a large portion of lightly breaded and fried shrimp, calamari and zucchini. Perfection served with marinara and another delicious white mayo based sauce. The head chef came out to greet us and ask how our food was and he was so nice and we learned in our brief conversation that he is also the President of the Taekwondo Association of Las Vegas which was quite impressive! Love that he is contributing so much to this city! This is our new go to spot for Italian and will highly recommend to all our friends and neighbors!
