Stopped by for a random lunch, and bought a spinach pinwheel and chicken parm roll… both were super tasty. Every table has full condiments, and they were making alot of their food fresh when I walked in.

We were visiting family in Long Island and we stopped in here for a quick bite. This place did not disappoint. The customer service was amazing and the food was great despite some of the past reviews. We had the lunch specials. I had the penne pasta with the pink sauce. My husband had the meat ball parm hero lunch special. We were both very impressed with our food selections. The salad was very fresh and crunchy. These factors combined create a unique and satisfying pizza and pasta experience that draws both locals and tourists alike. Our overall dining experience was excellent. If we were locals this would definitely be a local favorite for us.

I had to run into Ace and noticed so many people carrying boxes of pizza. So, I figured, why not? They have a fairly decent dining area and a very large selection of pizza, rolls, etc. There was a lot to choose from, but I figured I would stick to regular slices. It just so happened that a pie just came out. We ordered a few slices and were amazed. The crust had a delicious flaky texture that was crunchy. The sauce was fresh and not some food service type sauce in a jar. It was tasty! The cheese was good. It wasn’t the cheap blend that many offbeat pizzerias push but it was good mozzarella. The slices were pretty big, too.
The man who waited on me was very polite and friendly. He provided excellent service and didn’t miss a beat. I actually went back in to get a menu. I intend to order from them in the future. Nice little pizza parlor. Who knew?

Best chicken Franchese slice I’ve ever had! Nelson is a gentleman and very friendly. I go there two or three times a week. My wife is a huge critic loves his chicken franchese.

Pizza was so-so. A bit oily. Had to soak it up with a napkin. Which is gross. Service was good. Eight tables, so plenty of room to sit and eat. Well lit. Plenty of parking out front. Huge shipping center. Small bathroom in rear. Not the cleanest bathroom. But it worked.

So good the best and affordable
Better than Phil’s in my opinion because they use good seasonings and marinades for the chicken. I remember I bought a chicken Panini from Phil’s and it was $13 and it didn’t come with a side but at via Roma it was like 10 and it came with french fries or salad

We always love the food at Villa Roma, and though it didn’t disappoint, our last order had an issue and the customer service was a bit lacking. I spoke To Brian who just kept telling me I was wrong even though I had the receipt to prove I was not wrong. I’m sure on Father’s Day the store is busy but Brian could have been more considerate and more thoughtful in the way he responds to customers. The food isn’t the only thing that makes a place great, respecting customers is equally as important.

Excellent pizza, me and the wife had the bbq slice. I definitely come back for that. I’d also like to add that my wife forgot her wallet in the restaurant and one of the employees returned it after their shift. Thank you for that!
