We just wanted simple spaghetti and meatballs. Went to another place in town but didn’t want to wait the 45 minutes for a table. So we went to Via Roma. So glad we did. Meatball parmigiana was amazing !! Came out quick and the staff was really nice !! Will definitely be coming back to try other stuff!

The atmosphere was excellent, the staff was kinda rude and just had a weird vibe . I was making small talk with the guy at the register i had said ” you guys are very busy around this time huh and he said yeah in the summer … I said oh yeah how long you been doing this for and he said why ? Why does that matter? Uh what ? The server came over and said is this yours? and dropped my food on the table. Pizza kinda tasted like it was front Walmart great value special.

Food was amazing. We all very much enjoyed our dinners. Traditional Greek pizza house, tables were a bit “sticky” but omg the food more than made up for this. Staff was friendly and accommodating, no table service just so you are aware, order at the counter and they bring the food out. Highly recommended!

Great pizza dough is delicious and not too thick. Its a take out with seating. They are very popular but not fully staffed fir the surge. Great food not too pricey worth a visit if you near by.

First time I tried going here it was an hour before close and they told me the were only offering pizza, not the full menu. The next day I knew better and called – similarly they said they closed an hour before their online and storefront advertised time. That being said, my husband and I ordered a wrap with hummus, chicken, and veggies and a side of hummus/pita. It was good, but the menu listed chicken schwarma and we only got grilled chicken. Menu also didn’t list olives so I didn’t ask for no olives and the sandwich came with them, thankfully east to pick out. Staff was friendly, not the best food I’ve ever had but a great green option for Conway.

Just keep driving North or South on Route 302. Absolutely tasteless. I ordered a large pizza with sausage. It was way below average by any standard. There is no taste what-so-ever. There was plenty of cheese and sausage, but the pizza was also under-cooked and doughy. The sauce, sausage, and cheese was even flavorless. I also ordered a Steak Bomb. I will tell you that it was not “exploding” with any flavor or taste either. You could not distinguish the bread, steak, pepperoni, peppers, onions, and cheese from one in other. Again, it was a decent size portion. But what is the point, I am not about to cover either of them with salt, pepper, or garlic just to be satisfied. I have never seen more pizza restaurants in New England ruin pizza. How do you mess up dough, gravy (sauce), and cheese. It is not rocket science. It’s just that they use really cheap and bad ingredients and the cooks have no taste buds. I spent just under $32.00 only to throw out 5 slices of pizza and a half of cheese steak. I would have rather given that money to an animal shelter, a homeless person, or to a Veteran organization. Don’t waste your time, money, and appetite at Via Roma. Obviously they have never been to Italy, Philadelphia, New York, New Jersey or Boston to see what a real pizza is. If you really need a pizza, Domino’s is a 1/4 mile south . Go there. At least you will know what you are getting….

Very good food. They were busy and seemed shorthanded, but were very accommodating to get our take-out order out earlier than the online estimate. I’ll be back soon.

The order taker behind the counter was pleasant, but was also the “waiter” who was overwhelmed by the three or four tables . Our order for two was simple but was put behind large orders that came in after ours. Table wasn’t clean and had a carafe left from previous diners that remained throughout our meal. Repeated requests for blue cheese to go with wings were forgotten. Gyro tzatziki sauce was sub par, lettuce old, “lamb” was mostly beef. Overall a disappointing experience.

Here is a tip for you guys. If someone leaves you a bad review, you should apologize, and offer a resolution. Not accuse the customer of lying when you know your the one who is lying. Accusing customers who leave bad reviews of lying and doing nothing to remedy the situation only makes you guys look worse, and proves the point about bad customer service.

Via Roma is an essential comfort food restaurant in the NoCo area. Full disclosure, I do work the front counter in the summer, but that’s because I already enjoyed Via Roma and I love the owners, so it makes me happy to help them during the busy season!
