Great experience! Great food and very attentive staff. The owner Mike came out to greet us, very personal. The food was top notch, Mike recommended the octopus which was excellent and they have the best baked clams you can find. Big portion sizes. Highly recommend this place.

Very friendly and efficient staff. I had the Vegetariana pizza and it was excellent! Best crust ever. If you like thin crust you’ll love this. Their menu is large and varied and I’m looking forward to going back. It’s authentic italian food. The caponata to start is extremely tasty and addictive. I highly recommend.

Waiter spilled water all over our table, didn’t clean it up. Told waiter one of the water glasses was dirty and he never brought another. Ordered 2 pizzas and ingredients were sparse. 1/3 of the pizza had cheese; and sausage and pepper pizza had 3 small pieces of sausage and 7 pieces of pepper. It wasn’t busy, yet it took forever to get service throughout the meal. Unfortunately the reviews did not correspond with our experience.

You have to try Via Mare. At night the doors to the bowling alley are closed, the lighting is soft, real Italian music plays in the background. The most extensive pasta menu in the area, the best octopus you will ever eat, paccheri di papa to die for. excellent branzino, reasonably priced wine and John and Raymond were great waiters.
