We had lunch here, there was some offers on but the menu was reasonably priced. We had starters a meal and a drink each for £53 which we thought was fabulous. Lovely deco comfy seats, friendly staff that went the extra mile, also gluten options for my sister. We will definitely return next year on our holiday. Thank you so much so glad we found you ❤️

Always a great atmosphere and the food is spot on. Recently the team went above and beyond when it was a friend’s birthday meal which was a large group and they couldnt have been more helpful. Always a great choice in Louth!

Sit in – great! Except staff do need training more on drinks and what’s on the menu.
Takeaway – disappointing. It’s really expensive for the quantity you get (like 2/3rds of what we had when sitting in) 20 MINUTES LATE as they “needed to do checks” – I feel like they forgot about our order. The garlic bread crust was soft and actual bread was so so dry. It’s put us of returning again unfortunately.
Simple things can be done to improve this.

Food was great as usual, service was absolutely shocking this evening, it seems like they have a lot of young untrained staff on. Our waitress when asked about our main said ‘i don’t really know but I think it will be soon’…
Waited 1hour 30 minutes in total for our main. Even when we wanted to pay I went to the bar and asked for the bill, 15 mins later I asked again to hear ‘oh, did I do your bill?’
I understand it’s a very busy evening but the waitresses seemed very lapse dasey. We overheard a number of issues on nearby tables too.
Love the food and will be back, but please work on their customer service skills!

Disappointing. It was my first time in a while to this restaurant. We were a group of 9, including 2 young children. From arriving to receiving our main meal was nearly 2 hours. We had to ask twice for our drinks order. The staff were friendly enough but there wasn’t enough of them working. It was disappointing to say the least. The food was okay. The kitchen is open which adds to atmosphere I guess but our clothes smelt of cooking when we arrived home. I’m sure we just happened to book on a busy night, but they should know within reason how busy they are going to be.

We absolutely love this place – our go to for Italian food in Louth. The restaurant is warm and cosy with an intimate feel. The staff are always attentive and the food is FABULOUS! Large portions yet superb quality – all home made and cooked to order. Absolutely recommend, wouldn’t go anywhere else ❤️

Today, my family (five people, including my young son) and I visited your restaurant. At first, everything seemed fine — the lady who appeared to be the owner seated us at a table. However, while we were looking at the menus, she kept coming over and asking intrusive and unnecessary questions, which made us quite uncomfortable.
When my husband chose not to respond to her final question, the owner suddenly took away our menus and told us that she would not be serving us. We were all shocked by this behavior. It was the first time in our lives that we had ever been effectively “kicked out” of a restaurant.
We are all business professionals and frequently dine out, but we have never encountered such rude and unprofessional treatment anywhere else. This incident deeply affected all of us. The owner’s attitude and behavior were completely inappropriate and not what one would expect from a responsible business owner.
The owner should learn how to talk to customers before running a business. I honestly don’t think she is a normal person. Terrible customer service!!…

Our first time at this what is a local restaurant for us. Lovely atmosphere, great food, young wait staff were very good. Went there for my wife’s birthday so glad it was a success.
