We recently dined at one of the sweetest Italian restaurants in town and had such a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was beautiful and intimate — perfect for a relaxed evening out. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, attentive, and truly excellent.
What made the evening even more special was how attentive the owners and chef were, personally checking on our table to ensure everything was perfect and that we were completely satisfied. That level of care truly sets this restaurant apart.
Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious, made with care and full of authentic flavor. You can tell they take great pride in both their food and the experience they create for their guests.

We had an amazing dinner at Via Caneletto in New Smyrna Beach. I ordered the 16oz Delmonico with spinach and potatoes, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and beautifully plated. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food.
Our server, Stipe, was fantastic. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions without hesitation. He made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

No wait to seat for our reservation We went here this past weekend and the dining room has a cozy, intimate atmosphere. Excellent wine selection. We got the lobster ravioli and the Delmonico steak with the Caesar salad and the house soup. Our waitress shea was a doll and made sure we had plenty of drinks from the bar, even asked the chef for wine selections so we could try something new.

I never have any complaints when I go here, the staff is always extremely attentive and excellent to converse with. Its a nice change of pace in comparison to a lot of the other more casual/laid back restaurants around here. Whenever I need to go someplace nice, like for a date or to treat a family member I usually go here. The food is always fresh and most of it is prepped the same day/week from what I’ve been told, which just adds to the experience of novelty and quality I get when I go there.
Chef Antonio and Leon are very hands on and if you come here often you will definitely get to know them, very friendly

very good Our reviews had over 48 million in the last 12 months. We do not get paid we just love to eat and have fun. We really love Via Canaletto. Great Italian really nice ambiance that is dressy but you do not have to dress up. We did dress up and it is one of the few places in Daytona area where dressing up is appreciated. Food and service are great. Pastas are all homemade daily. Apps that we loved included the Burrata, the clams and mussels (we had red sauce which is not really that spicy) and the mozzarella with beefsteak tomatoes. All of them were great. We had 4 different pastas. All of them were divine. We had all the desserts. All really good. Check out all of our reviews and look at all the photos below. If we do not like it we do no review it so all of the ones you see are places that are fantastic. Follow us if you like. We had over 48 million views in the last 12 months and we thank you for that. Very very disappointing! We and most others in attendance were flabbergasted that the food we received, chicken,fish, pasta,meatballs, mash potatoes were all cool or luke warm!
The chicken marsala was tough, the mash potatoes stiff and pasty,the flounder was fishy tasting.
In addition They brought the food without ever setting the tables,no utensils, no napkins, no salt&pepper,no bread,served half glasses of water wirh no ice!
Both orders of fish we received had lemon pits in the sauce
Guests who received their food first had to wait for all to be served before receiving setups after asking!
I went to the rest room which was clean but had no running hot water?
I would think getting one location running properly and efficiently would have a better chance of sucess rather than trying to open a second location in the same fashion.
The servers were pleasant and tried to rectify the situations but some just didn’t eat and we went elsewhere for dinner.
Sad situation, we were looking forward to eating there after reading the menu but after experiencing this and knowing the menu prices we unfortunately wont be going back.

Went here for my birthday because we had heard so much about it. The service was amazing our server Chloe was fantastic. But I can’t say that for everything else. I ordered the Shrimp Puttanesca, which was the special of the day. I have to say it was ok, but nothing to brag about. Not worth $45 dollars for the amount of food received. My husband had the Lasagna and he said it was good. My friend ordered the Carbonara which she said tasted good, but it was not the carbonara we’ve had in Italy or other restaurants. Although the menu said it was made with egg yolk, they definitely must have added cream to it. Tasted more like an Alfredo sauce instead.
I’ll stop there, the desert was excellent, the Old Fashioned was perfect, other than that all seven in our party agreed….not worth the price. We won’t be back.
