Hosted a private event there in their back room. Staff was so attentive and super helpful. Food was great. Anna was so helpful with questions when planning and getting everything booked and set up. We were able to get in early set up and everything was nice. It was the best time and would recommend.

The two Bartenders were fabulous and attentive. The food was good. The shrimp, Tri-tip and lamb chops were all a 10. The filet migion was not seasoned and tasted sour like it was spoiled. We were seated right next to the kitchen, which could have been a good thing except that everytime the servers came out that was in our section, they served everyone else but our table. We had to ask for them to stop by. All of the cards were turned green side facing up, and they kept passing us up. The salad bar was good also. The Christmas decorations really gave the place a nice warm and cozy feel. Over all 7 out of 10

This is the second time I’ve been here. The food is always great. We go for the happy hour specials. The fried calamari is amazing they have some sort of spicy dipping sauce for it and so good. Didn’t get a picture of that for you but I got the empanadas chicken and I don’t remember the name of the drink but it’s rum and pineapple juice. My girlfriend got the all you can eat the salad bar which she loved and a blueberry drink Don’t know the names of them sorry but definitely five stars and definitely will be going back

I’ve been eyeing this place for awhile, Brazilian BBQ is one of my favorite things ever.. I will say first and foremost- the meats were good! Great even… When we got them. It may have just been a bad night to go (Xmas lol) but the meat flow was more like a trickle- waiting 10+ minutes in-between meat delivery- which often the same meats we had already denied. You don’t go to a steakhouse to eat chicken… At least I don’t.. The ordering system is confusing. I’ve never been to a B BBQ that makes you request what meat you want. We had to ask upwards of 3 times to different servers to finally get the meats we wanted. Very confusing…
We were sat at a shaky table in a dark corner near the meat room…
I think what stands out most though is the sides were nearly inedible. The lobster bisque tasted like the ghost of a lobster in uncooked roux… No fruits to be seen anywhere on the salad bar…
There is some sort of salt fairy in their kitchens…Or maybe its a salt demon- Idk. EVERYTHING was salted to an extreme- even the passionfruit mousse. I had to laugh when it hit my tongue after a long salty dinner. Phew! To be honest I left hungry….It could’ve just been a bad night, but I will not return..

Hands down, some of the most delicious food I’ve eaten lately! They utilize only the freshest ingredients and ensure that each dish is properly prepared. The food was delicious, lemon drop martinis were superb, Angus burger was juicy and flavorful. The appetizer platter was great bites of food. Tres leches cake was rich but tasty. Food from the menu took a long time to arrive. Buffet was pretty good with a lot of options. Can be super busy, especially if you are at the bar. Service can take a while. Staff was very friendly.

A happy accidental stop made me discover via Brasil steakhouse. I was pleasantly surprised to find their salad bar nicely displayed and for a modest $20/all you can eat buffet. There was plenty for everyone to satisfy all palates. It was good, staff was super nice, friendly and floor mgr made sure everyone was taken care of . I’ll be back and definitely recommend Via Brasil.

Very disappointing experience.

We dined here on February 28 at 6:30 PM with a party of nine. (Four adults and five children.) It was a 14-year-old boy’s birthday celebration…and it was sad.

We were there for 2 1/2 hours at this all-you-can-eat Brazilian steakhouse and barely received any meat. With a wedding party in one area and a Lunar New Year celebration in another, it felt like all the food was going to those events while the main dining area was largely ignored.

One person in our party doesn’t eat red meat so when we eat at places like this, she usually eats the white meat options and fish. The chicken came around only once and there as never a shrimp or other option offered — she got a single chicken wing for her entree.

We were polite, but kept asking if there was going to be more food coming out… they kept saying “it’s coming!”
Many, many times we would look around and there wasn’t a server walking around with meat at all. Our kids were so hungry!

At $80 per person, we maybe ate $15 worth of food. Completely not worth it. We won’t be going back.

PS – the Brazilian lemonade was delicious. That was the only redeeming part of the entire dinner

IN RESPONSE TO THE MANAGER. Yes you did a great job with the glutton free options!!I I didn’t say anything about that. And I did verify with the hostess I never use the automated system specifically because of problems with it. Also I do not recall the bacon wrapped anything but I do remember it from the past. We will continue to patronize your restaurant I just was disappointed this time since I spoke to three people confirmed everything and then it wasn’t right. I have been to Via Brasil many times and always was very pleased and thrilled with the service. Went today to celebrate three birthdays and an anniversary. Called three times to confirm reservation confirm birthday parties Etc. The service today was subpar, they messed up our reservation in three different ways, they did correct it when we told them but I just remembered the service being so much better. The meat was excellent as always the rest of the food was okay. They used to come around with such a variety today we only have a choice of four meats and had to ask them for more sides. We were a party of eight and they brought one small plate of potatoes and I had to ask for more. Just have to say after 6 times there in the past few years today by far was my worst experience.
