Love the gluten-free pizza! Staff was super understanding and considerate with accommodations for allergies. The fact that they have Vernor’s as their ginger ale selection makes them legit. Nothing like a couple of cold pops with your Detroit style pizza. The boston cooler was amazing! One of the best birthday lunches.

Don’t skip on: The Cadillac

Via 313 has a great variety of Detroit style (rectangular) and Bar style (circular, classic style) pizza here! Everything is made to order and you’re immediately hit with the smell of deliciousness when you walk in. We ordered the garlic breadsticks, the Cadillac, Bobo Brazil and Funkadelic Chicken pizzas to share and they were delicious!

Staff here are really nice and the restaurant is well-kept. Great place for small to medium groups!

We always go to the Sandy Via313 when we go snowboarding in Utah. Great pizza and atmosphere. Aaron took care of us on this visit. He greeted us and sat us right away, and recommended the spinach and artichoke dip in addition to our herbivore pizza and beet salad. All the food was fantastic!

I grew up with Zane and Brandon on Smith street and these guys could have both had success in anything they chose. I’m glad they chose pizza.

I am allergic to wheat so food options are very VERY limited. But this place makes life soooo much better. Their Detroit style gluten free pizza is FANTASTIC!!! I cannot express it enough. They also have gluten free cheese bread and cookies and all kinds of pizza. Our server was Journey and she did an amazing job as well. She went out of her way to take care of us. Best server I have had so far and we will be back here.

Hands down the best pizza in Utah.

I don’t eat meat, so I always get The Herbivore with dairy free cheese, and it’s always fresh, flavorful, and well made. My family loves all the other pizzas; the crust is amazing, and the ingredients taste incredibly fresh.

The only downside is that it’s a bit pricey, but honestly, for pizza this exceptional, it’s worth every dollar. There is a surcharge for vegan cheese, but im just happy it is an option.

I recommend it to anyone looking for high quality pizza.

This was our first time here after hearing how good the food and service was….that’s exactly what it was, the food was amazing and the service was on point. Our server was Tyler and he made our experience wonderful. Super friendly, and joked with my kids. You hired a good one!

On top of the food being amazing, we are taking home plenty of leftovers. It was filling and delicious! We got the Detroit style omnivore and pepperoni… DELICIOUS!

Our server Nathan was incredible! He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. It was my birthday and he made sure to send out some birthday treats for me without me even asking and made sure they were also gluten free since I have an allergy. the gluten free pizza was so good i was questioning if it was actually GF!

This was such a fantastic experience for my family. We are visiting from out of state; I am celiac and our server Journey was was so knowledgeable on gluten and cross contamination. Their information and willingness to communicate with the kitchen about our meal gave us an improved experience. It is rare that I can find a place with good AND safe gluten free pizza. Inclusion on many levels. 11/10. We will be back.

OK so Detroit pizza is good. I’m not gonna say better than Chicago because yeah, no, it’s where I’m from, however, it is delicious and the customer service is fantastic! I like the fun rock music playing and ask for Aaron because he’s about the best bartender server ever! Got the blackberry bourbon Collins and half 5002 Cadillac. Delish!
Okay Postscript… popped in mid afternoon today starving to death and ordered half ambassador bridge and half Brazil. Something delicious! Also got a really yummy bourbon, hot toddy that had ginger and lemon and fig and cardamom bitters in it. That was really good! As I was eating this pizza, it occurred to me. I had not doused it with pepper flakes and Parmesan as I usually do because it didn’t need anything. It was so damn good! also have to mention Anthony is also an amazing bartender/server! He remembers what I like and is very friendly and personable, too! I highly recommend checking this place out because so far it is consistently fabulous! Celebrating Utah’s state holiday of pie and beer day with a delicious Boba Brazil pizza, and I’m cheating, because instead of beer, I’m having their Irish Mule, which is made with Jameson whiskey! Yum! Ooo try the pom-pom mule with the Lunazul Blanco tequila and it is delicious! If it’s still available, give the old smoky barbecue pizza a try cuz holy wow! OK yet another visit and I tried the New York sour which was so delicious and goes great with the Boba pizza and I’m trying the ambassador pizza this time! On my to do list the 500 pizza and the carnivore! And then I might try the funkadelic chicken even though that’s on the bar style Pizza list.
If you’re very fortunate the bartender , Anthony will make a very special hot toddy with bullet bourbon, or a stellar Old Fashioned especially with smoked oak! oh baby!
