Vesuvio’s is one of the best, classic, pizzas I have ever had anywhere. Even their plain cheese thin crust is great. Soooo good.

This is my favorite pizza place in Delavan. If I am getting pizza it is from here. Pizza is my favorite food and this is my favorite place to get it. I love that you can get it delivered or pick it up. Prices are very comparable to other competitors. One thing I would change would be their hours. They don’t open until 3 pm and are not open on Mondays. When I am craving a pizza this is the first place I think of. Always a must when recommending pizza places near Delavan.

I’m not from the Delavan area, but my wife and I recently hosted our wedding at a property nearby. We wanted to arrange for a late night snack for our 130+ guests, so we ordered from Vesuvio’s. Everything was great. The order taker and the delivery driver were both pleasant and my five, party-sized pizzas of varying types were delivered hot and fresh, exactly on time. Most importantly, I thought the pizza was outstanding. Many of our guests made it a point to tell us that they felt the same way.

The customer service is horrible. It trickles down from the owner to the staff.
The pizza is good, but if you have any problem with your order, they will not fix or replace it, they will not redund your money, they will be rude and act as if its your fault they made a mistake, the phrase custo er is always right means nothing to these people. I will re-state the pizza is good, but the customer service makes a person not want to take a chance in eating here.
To put this in perspective, if an Uber driver had a 3.9 rating, they would be deactivated and not able to drive on the Uber platform cause uber cares about customer service.

The food is good, however they should tell you that your meal will cost $5.00 more than listed due to delivery charge. Then the driver wants a tip for doing their job. I drive truck and deliver and I don’t get tips for doing my job. They really need to work on the Customer Service end of the Business.
