We ordered from Vesuvio’s for the first time on superbowl Sunday. We had it delivered which was very convenient. I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza and stromboli was excellent. Not oily at all which I love. Nothing worse than picking up a slice of pizza to watch all that excess oil dripping off. That means a lot to me when it comes to pizza and stromboli. I also ordered hot wings. They were good as well. The only issue I had was the box for the wings was cardboard and absorbed the sauce for the wings. Also a little more sauce would be great too.
Otherwise 5 stars all the way and I will be ordering from them in the future.

I moved to area over a year ago, personally I feel like they have the best pizza and wings. I’ve probably ordered around 20 times and never had a problem. Never visited location in person, just DoorDash. Food always arrived warm and they usually have deals going on DoorDash where you get something free or bogo deal.

I had there food at there other location in Drums, PA , I absolutely luv there food. I never knew that this one in Wilkes-Barre existed. They used to have another location on Wyoming St in Hazelton, PA but they closed that one. I was speaking with the gentleman who I placed the order with he said they are going to open another shop in Mt Top, PA very shortly. My favorite they make is meat lasagna and the wings extra crispy with scampi sauce. All of there food is excellent. And I never had a problem with any of the workers, they are all nice. Im happy to hear one will be open in Mt Top, I go through that town often. Great food you have to give them a try, you won’t be sorry “.

This place is a little deceiving…
It is not such to look at and it is set up kinda weird with a bar attached to it but the wings were awesome and the pizza looked really good. I had 10 wings thinking they would be normal sized wings but they were huge. They did the the honey garlic sauce which was awesome. The staff was nice. I would stop in again. I loved the wings…

We ordered delivery through them not Door Dash to start.
The delivery guy couldn’t speak English and kept sending my wife texts in Spanish. He was unable to understand the basic request as per our order to leave on the porch. He stood in the street expecting us to retrieve it from him. Our side walk 30 feet from street to porch was clean,salted,and sanded safe to walk on.
The order was wrong pizza was burned and not the sauce type we ordered.
When I called to inquire as to the error I was put on hold for an extended time. When we had a conversation the default response was it was Door Dash’s mistake. I explained that I DIDN’T order through Door Dash. It was burned pizza with incorrect sauce.
No suggestion of a refund was offered.
They seemed unphased by a bad review as I promised.
They are in the process of opening a place in Mountain Top.
I will give them a chance in Mountain Top when they open.
This go round was a dismissal failure with a side helping of poor excuses and rudeness.

I tried to order a delivery and the person on the phone lied and said their driver left a half hour earlier. How ever my friend ordered 2 mins before me and got a delivery order. I guess they don’t like money. Dishonesty is also a bad quality. Do better. You could have just said you are lazy. The crazy thing is I live 2 mins away from my friend who ordered.

Soo they burnt my cheese pizza when I asked them before not to burn my pizza. They said they got me then they burnt my pizza. They always seem to burn my pizza which is why I had to ask them not to. I guess they burn it because the temperature of the oven is so high for the stuffed pizzas that they make on a regular basis. They can take the other pizzas that aren’t stuffed out earlier then or turn the oven down. I wish I would have returned it I was in a hurry and it was my husband’s birthday. There is nothing I can do other than write a review I guess

Ordered with door dash..driver wasn’t given the orange soda. Then I check my “manicotti’ and it’s a 4 pre-fab raviolis with a huge amount of sausage and 2 meatballs. I call the business and they blame it on door dash and tell me they don’t have manicotti. I tell them then why is it on their menu on door dash? Receipt clearly states it was rang in for manicotti & the orange soda was the first item on the list..so who is really at fault here?
