I ordered Alfredo pasta to go. It was so delicious! When I picked up the food, it was ready within 15 minutes of ordering and the restaurant itself looks very clean and new! I’ll be back for more yummy food!

Outstanding!! Just passing through for a brief time from MN. but liked it so much we hit it twice. Cajun chicken pasta was out of this world. Pizzas are excellent too. Our server Becky was delightful. Quaint atmosphere, quiet. Strongly recommend!!!

Customer service at the restaurant is rough at best. We’ve never had an issue being seated. The wait between sitting down, the drink order and the order taking is very long. After the meal you wait and wait for someone to come over. Meanwhile the kitchen seems to be quite the conversation location during those times and throughout the meal. Food is decent but has been better. They may have a new chef in the back.

Was at the restaurant on Friday while bowling for a friends birthday.

They charged my card two separate times for the same items. When I called for a refund they offered a credit to the restaurant instead of refunding the duplicate charge. Then indicated a refund to my card would be impossible, but to pursue it I would need to speak to a manager.

They then indicated no manager of any kind was available that day. I was then told they were taking down my information and the manager would call me back the next day. The following day no manager called. When I called in after they second day I was informed that, again, no manager was available and I would have to call back the next day.

The fact of the matter is they need policies in place to assist customers in a timely fashion and to follow up when they indicate they will. At this point I will need to dispute it through my bank.

The food was average for the price point. The atmosphere was good. (those were GREAT’s in the old location) The service was TERRIBLE. 6 ppl and a baby. We were the ONLY people in the place and the service was miserable. The server asked how many menu’s we wanted…..and gave us 3 – for 6 people….really? Service was VERY slow, timing was not considered soups, salads and entrees arrived all at the same time creating dish chaos and a chance to either not enjoy one or let the other get cold.

There was someone there the entire time we were there sitting at a laptop in the corner that appeared to be some level of management or ownership – a greeting would have been appropriate……you have a new location for your business, you have an opportunity to meet local people, engage, encourage us to get the word out about the great owner and positive experience. What a missed opportunity.

You can easily blame poor service on the waitress – it runs deeper than that. She wasn’t the only person at the restaurant. She appeared uncomfortable and untrained, interactions were forced and uneasy.

We won’t be back to Verso @ Spins, I hope the liquor license serves the business well, it was clearly more important than retaining customers.

The pizza was pretty good. A little above average but not game changing. The crust seemed aimed at being more agreeable rather than distinct: mostly soft with a light crunch. I expected the roasted garlic to be whole, roasted garlic cloves, but instead it was chopped, uncooked garlic splattered across the top. Not all of it cooked through, so being mostly raw, it really clashed with the rest of the pizza. It should be cooked either beforehand, sautéd separately, or the pizza well done.

Huge step up in “bowling alley fare” at this place. I have had a meat foldover and the spaghetti with meatballs. Both were excellent. You can easily drive past without knowing this restaurant is present. Do not hesitate to visit. They have a patio and garage door wall that they open when the weather is nice.

Also, the bowling alley in which it is located has been completely redone and it is now more like a Dave and Buster’s type environment.

Really great hole-in-the wall restaurant serving a variety of salads, pasta dishes and pizzas. The specialty pizzas are interesting and delicious. The only downside is the atmosphere – the music is much louder than it needs to be.
