I would like to thank The bridge management for the invitation to the opening of Verseine.
A french dining restaurant, beautiful interiors thought the tables are too close to each others.
A piano bar and live entertainment, I think the music was a bit too loud for a restaurant though nice performance.
Disregarding the timing of service which was a bit lengthy due to the full house, the food was a bit average:
– the best part was the bread and tappenade
– goat cheese salad: was ok
– for main course I took the salmon, too bad it was served cold, and was a bit fade
– the dessert was not super: the red fruits were very fresh but the ice cream has a bit crystallized.
I would give it another try since that was just the opening.
