Was in LA for the weekend and wanted some street tacos. While walking we came across the La Ceinega Blvd location. First the aroma got our attention. We decided to give it a try. We walked in and you look at the clientele and you can tell the food was good. They’re all types of different ethnic people inside restaurant. Walked in and were seated. Waiter was very courteous. We ended up ordering the sampler plate, a Cuban sandwich and flank steak entree. Also ordered 3 empanadas one of each type. Food was great and serving size was generous. On the must list during next visit. Have lunch and dinner specials. Arrived at 3:30 in between specials times. Nice drink menu including beer and cocktails. Also some interesting shakes.

I ordered the garlic chicken and oxtails and let me say it was finger licking good!! The portions were a great size and even had some food left over to take home. Great customer service and friendly staff. It was my first time but I will definitely be back.

We were here during dinner time, the waiting time is pretty short. We ordered 4 dishes, the two plates were very big, we had to take half the portion home. I didn’t really like tamales, it tasted weird to me. The service is pretty no frills, not exceptional but not bad neither.

Food and service are always great. You’re seated quickly, food comes out hot and fast and it’s a cozy & comfortable dinner like vibe. Ample seating and very good energy via waiters and hostesses. Food doesn’t disappoint especially for the price point. The only downside is when bar backs are sorting clean silverware they’re very heavy handed so I recommend sitting as far away from the kitchen as possible as it’s a bit abrasive on the ears. If you’re sensitive to sharp pinging and metal on metal clanking sounds you’ll thank me. Love the place and have been a satisfied patron for over 20 years. Thank you Versailles!

I’m not Cuban but Cuban food is comfort food for me as I had a best friend that was Cuban during my youth. His mother made such tasty food!
I think many would agree that Versailles delivers great home style food! I had the Breaded Chicken Steak which comes with tasty plantains and rice and beans. They serve you well and everything tastes awesome! I also had a Materva soft drink.
On another visit I had a garlicky chicken steak which was superbly delicious! The plates are very well served and the price is right! You can’t go wrong with Versailles!
Service is great! I love Versailles.
They have an adjacent parking lot which usually isn’t full and that’s amazing for this part of town!

My food was delicious and hot. We didn’t have to wait long for our delicious meal I forgot to get a photo of my sisters Oxtails. The Restaurant was clean and not to busy. Thankfully because normally it’s crowded. This Restaurant has been a staple in the community forever. And it’s Delicious. The bathroom was clean and smelled very fresh. My waiter was extremely nice and checked on us multiple times Thanks Jose B. We will definitely be back. Thanks Versailles it was delicious.

We were driving down La Cienega In Beverly Hills when we drove by Versailles and decided to have dinner. I haven’t been here in years so it was a good change to have some Cuban food. This particular location is small with very little parking in the lot shared by other stores. Luckily we found an open meter right in front on a Saturday night.
When We walked in, the staff was very friendly. We went around 6pm so it was a good number of groups in there but not too crowded yet. The Mexico vs Jamaica soccer game was on and the Latin music was playing in the background.
Our waiter Jorge was very nice. He brought us our bread and water. We ordered mojitos which were better than the ones we had at the Cuban spots in Miami! I ordered the Garlic Chicken and my bf ordered the Vaca Frita (Sauteed Shredded Flank Steak). We also order the chicken and beef empanadas. Everything we ordered was delicious and very filling. The beef empanada was so good! I also loved the flavor of my garlic chicken that came with rice, beans, and plantains. The steak was good as well and very flavorful. I’m glad we decided to go to Versailles, it’s definitely a good choice when you’re hungry and want something good, filling, and fresh!

Great experience overall. I ordered pinot grigio to drink and hubby had a Negra Modelo beer. Had a small hiccup with my first wine order but the server fixed it at once!
