I had been in here a couple times before in the past years and was always a hit and miss depending on what I had gotten. More recently I have been in there and now the last few times it has been on point. The waiter had mentioned it was under new ownership, and would make sense why it has been different for the better. Definitely a great spot to grub if you are looking for good Mexican food, friendly staff , friendly service and healthy portions. One of my top spots to eat Mexican in town.

If you’re looking to have some good authentic Mexican food, this is the place. This is my first visit here and I was quite surprised by how nice the decor was. The place was spotless, and I was greeted with a smile. They do have an excessive amount of items on the menu. We happened to order chorizo with eggs, tortillas, beans, and rice, and it was outstanding. They do have table service, which was nice. They have two hanging 85-inch TVs. When you arrive, tell him that Ernie sent you. Cheers

UPDATE

Today we had a second visit in the place was packed. Again the food was outstanding plenty to eat and the service was right on point. Cheers

I was craving Mexican food and googled nearby Mexican restaurants. I chose to come here based on the reviews. I was really hoping to like this place however, my first time experience was nothing I expected. The staff was very friendly over the phone while I placed my order (that’s 1 star). My BF and I arrived at the restaurant to pick up our order and while we were waiting, we noticed guests that were dining in, were being served complementary salsa and chips. After we received our order and did not see the complementary chips and salsa, my BF asked at the cash register if they can give us the complementary chips and salsa. The staff said that it’s only complimentary for guests who are dining in, and she was saying this while she was ringing up the order on the register. My BF decided to pay for chips and salsa since she already had rang them up. After we were given our order, I noticed there was no salsa included. I asked the staff “where is the salsa”and they said that we will have to pay extra for salsa. So we paid $4.95 for tortilla chips? Why would I want tortilla chips without salsa ::/ I felt like they were trying to hustle us for every penny. I’ve never heard of a Mexican restaurant charging for only chips without salsa.
That alone was already a turn off for me as customer service is extremely important for five stars. At that point, they should have just said we’ll add complementary chips and salsa but the next time we will need to charge you, and I would’ve been fine with that.
I ordered the three rolled Shredded beef tacos plate. I felt as though there was not enough flavor in the shredded beef and the rice and beans were not something I would say I would come back for.
I would PROBABLY try this restaurant out one more time because I did see a lot of delicious pictures that were posted but not too sure. Maybe next time I’ll order dine in and get my complementary chips and salsa and then ask for to go boxes so I won’t feel like I was cheated this time LOL!

Was craving Mexican food. Went here but did it order anything do to how rude the employee working the drive through was. It got so bad I ended up telling her I couldn’t deal with her fing rudeness and stopped my order and left!! I have NEVER had to do that at any other business before. This was on Tuesday 12/2 at around 12:30pm

Maybe look into getting better employees because the good looked good but you lost a customer do to poor service

This place serves breakfast, but American breakfast til 11. The breakfast burrito bacon is fire, the bacon is crispy through out and plenty of it. Needs more cheese though, and also on the sausage as well. But super good. Also they have multiple TVs so you have choices of games to watch

They’ve been at this location forever. I recommend the carne asada fries I don’t drink anymore, but I used to always get one of their micheladas to pair with it. SO GOOD!
