First time back in three years and very happy with everything! Loved the filet mignon. It was juicy, tender, no fat, and had a delicious topping! The bruschetta is a must. Bread is toasted perfectly not too hard with lots of flavor.

Always a nice experience at Verona’s. I usually get the eggplant parmesan or the Margherita pizza but the other night since there was a special with risotto I asked for a mushroom risotto. A bit different from the actual special but since I’m vegetarian I needed some adjustment. It was spectacular. My dining buddy had the halibut. He said it was awesome.

There are 2 reasons I giving this place 5 stars. Main one is food is fantastic! Like omg delicious. It’s a little different that main stream Italian type foods. I had the chicken Parmesan and my family had some seafood dishes plus we splurged on the crème brûlée and flourless chocolate ecstasy cake. The second reason is because it’s a nice place and the waiter was decent. I was hesitant on coming here because I felt like it was an expensive place that was going to be judgemental and that’s a bit of the feeling you get- BUT I’m going to say it was more of a waiter communication than anything. (Sometimes you get great personalities and sometimes you don’t). I would try again. Expect to spend a decent amount. Bread is free but not soup or salad which would have been nice. It is worth trying if you want great Italian food. And food pictures were taken half eaten cause I was starving lol.
