We have been to Verona Pizza many times throughout the years and have Always had a Great Meal! They Also have Delivery which I Love So Much! This Time We Ordered In: A Large Deep Dish Pizza with Pepperoni and Sausage (a large is quite large, so come hungry or have a bigger crowd, but we love leftovers for Pizza♥️ ), Garlic Bread with Cheese, and Bonless Wings with Garlic Parmesan Sauce. And a Cold 2 liter of Mt. Dew ( it was actually cold!) . Everything was Absolutely Perfect!! The Food was Hot and Fresh and Very Delicious!! From the Very Pleasent Gentleman who took My Order to the Fast and Polite Delivery Driver… I Highly Recommend Valparaiso Verona Pizza & Wings!! 5 Stars Verona Crew!! You made Our Night!! Thank you!!

I ordered takeout. One of the items was a 16 inch Chicago style deep dish spinach pizza. When I got it home, it was literally just crust and cheese, with flecks of spinach, and no sauce whatsoever. None. Zero. Just bread and cheese. It was horrible. Nothing like the photo on the website and nothing like any deep dish pizza I’ve ever had. I called the store to let them know, and the employee admitted that was a mistake and that they would text me a coupon for twice the value of the pizza. Needless to say that never came. It was a very expensive order and was the worst pizza I’ve ever gotten.

We loved going to Verona pizza when Eric was the owner not sure what the new owners are thinking but we paid $20 for a beef sandwich that we were not told everything on it was a add on plus the food was terrible my wife ordered a gyro and the meat was burnt I ordered spaghetti dinner and the meat balls were cold very cold on the inside and the meat was very pink even the waitress apologized and said sorry I just work here I wouldn’t eat here when getting home me and my wife got sick I will never go here again its ashame to we use to love it there but I gues the owner only cares about money not quality. BEWARE OR THIS RESTAURANT

My wife was at a baby shower for our daughter-in-law expecting next month. So they spent time at the Aberdeen Manor ballroom. We went on the other end of the spectrum and went to Verona. Loved it! Time there. Been wanting to go there numerous times. Unfortunately, we didn’t plan our timing right. We were able to eat our loaded sidewinders right there, but had to ask the waitress to get our calzones to go. Go. She did a great job. .

Worst pizza I’ve ever had!! And I’m 57. I got it delivered. It was 10” delivered at $35. Ice cold! No butter Parmesan crust like I ordered. Ham chunks were gross and the sauce tasting like someone accidentally dumped oregeno in it. Never again!

When I was a child, my epilepsy was out of control and mostly all I did was sleep, pills, and use the washroom. Didn’t talk to no one nor did I rarely eat BUT when Veronas was ordered, thats the only time I would get up from my deep slumber to eat. Then and til this day Veronas is/and will be my comfort food. Love the pizza with all my heart. ❣️

Well I called to place a delivery not realizing this was the Valparaiso Verona I called at 236 pm said Pete delivery guy comes in at 4pm I say no problem give my 63 dollars order to the woman and man making food took my addressin hammond took my zip code in hammond. So 435pm I call and say it’s Pete on way with our order they say oh we r in Valparaiso I say so u took my hammond address zip code the whole 9 yards and no one could call me or decline my oder when u knew my location I waited over 2 hours to find this out but they were not the one to call me. I had to call to find out .What a joke how do you run a business taking orders knowingI’m in hammond and not even say a word .do not recommend this place just sad poor business ethics unreal

Virtually no sauce on our pizza, changed menu with higher prices and changed ingredients leading to a bad experience. It’s pretty obvious when the regulars have left this restaurant. Prices have become ridiculous. Don’t waste your time here.
