Stopped for the “Fiesta Fusion”. We ordered three beef tacos, three shrimp tacos, and a steak bowl. Almost no meat on the beef tacos, the shrimp tacos were just lettuce with three of the tiny little shrimps. Steak was not shredded but tiny little dry cubes. I called to express disappointment and we were told that unfortunately the owner doesn’t care, and demands the employees only use four ounces of protein for a three pack. We spent about $40 and now we’re looking for something to eat because we pretty much received lettuce tortillas (and a piece of carrot). We won’t be returning. So disappointed, we wanted it to be good.

I happened to stop here after their reopening and caught them on a trial day for Mexican food. The food was delicious!! The options were enough to allow selection without overwhelming you. The portion size was good for a free trial and the service was very personalized. The only downside is, it’s not permanent yet.

My husband is a vegetarian and eats there several times a week and loves it! His favorites are the California omelette (loaded with veggies!) and the burrito bowl. I too really enjoyed my veggie rice and bean bowl. So much better than Chipotle! Please support this local restaurant. They are filling a gap in local options for a fast, affordable, healthy meal.

Hands down THE best place to eat in Lehighton!!! AMAZING food. Fast service. They listen to you when you order and make food exactly the way you want. I can’t recommend them enough!!! Love Veronas!

The food is good, but unfortunately they wouldn’t deliver to our address even though we’re only 12 minutes away. It’s disappointing, especially since my parents live just 2 minutes closer and have no issue getting delivery. Poor service in my opinion.

The pizza here is pretty disappointing, but I haven’t found a pizzeria in the area worth writing home about. Usually very thin and undercooked. Their wraps though are very good. Service is okay, not a huge fan of picking my food up at a window, but it is what it is. I will continue trying things here when I am in the area and adjust my review accordingly.

I had to give a 1star.. Im sorry. We moved up here last year.. and we don’t like to disturb ppl.. we understand running a business, we own one! So in 10 mths had to call Verona at least 5 times prior to tonight!! Theres no heart in this place it seems 🙁 we had an excellent first time ordering. Idk if they got a new cook or several.. but BLUE garlic on wings.. to French dip hoagies with bearly any meat way over chopped that were cold! I mean they never even heated the dip.. not even room temp COLD (btw they DID deliver fantastic ones prior with full slices of meat that were hot) Now tonight a taco pizza… A speciality pizza and it was almost ALL wilted shredded lettuce and unproportionally “chopped tomatoe?!??! Soggy crust 🙁 We got SERIOUSLY 4 PEPPERS and CLOSE TO NO CHEESE AND … The meat!!!… what MEAT?!?!??!?! Ahhhhhh… we called 2night. Last time though were done. 🙁 they offered us a credit as they have before and we only ever took one credit from them with the Cold French dip.. we declined again. ThEY CAN.. make great food. And it’s a 50/50 shot you get the terrable or you get the great food. It’s ashamed … if it wasn’t my husband calling this time declining the soggy “taco” I mean lettuce tomatoe pizza I would of said YES to credit… but its not worth the 50/50. Chance and I doubt well call again.. and its ashame..

Tried the new Mexican options and was not impressed unfortunately. We love Verona but the quality was not there, they ran out of meat, and the food was not hot. Service was fantastic and the place looks great. Still love the pizza and Italian options but hope the Mexican food options improve.
