Visited for my birthday meal with family and we all had a really lovely evening. The food was fresh, full of flavour and everyone enjoyed what they ordered.
Service was attentive and friendly, and everything came out in good time without feeling rushed.
As it’s a new restaurant we expected a few teething issues, but honestly we experienced none at all. A great experience from start to finish, we’ll definitely be back!

Visited for the first time on a Thursday for the early bird menu. Very impressed with my delicious ravioli dish and scrumptious raspberry pavlova. The early bird is great value and we were all impressed. There’s plenty to choose from (including steak and chicken dishes), and the staff are lovely.

Food all really tasty, good portions and served at the right times.
In the lower seating area it’s a little too bright/cold and no music, all easy things to fix.
There were some issues going on with timings but luckily ours all came out in good time. Teething issues to be expected for a new restaurant and sure they will improve.
Hopefully more veggie options for mains will be added in future, but the one I had was delicious!
Will be back to try again 🙂

Don’t read too much into early reviews, they were clearly just finding their feet. Visited last night and all staff were super attentive Food was fantastic, £35 for a bottle of wine was a bit steep but thats to be expected.

Honest Review – Overall disappointing review and don’t like leaving overly negative reviews
From other reviews this may have just been a bad day
Saturday Visit group of 8- completely understand still a new restaurant and still experiencing some teething issues.
Inside the restaurant looks modern, however lighting is very bright, cold draft by the arches too left most of the group cold, something like the old style porch may have helped -overall not an overly relaxing atmosphere, however extremely chaotic!
Staff – pleasant enough at the start, however after that it was non existent. No checking how anything was, no drinks order checks, no desert offer. Not one courtesy check or update on food timings
Mains were 2 hours late, no updates or apologies. We asked an older gentleman after 1 hr 45 and he shrugged his shoulders and walked off…
I did feel sorry for some of the younger staff members as felt they were left to be running around!
Food was mixed, with some dishes great – the lobster ravioli and also risotto! Pizzas were a mixed bag with 1 tasting like it has been waiting on the side quite a while. Starters – were nicely presented but lacked flavour.
Overall improved service would have gone a long way. Understand maybe food delays which isn’t a problem but it’s the lack of courtesy or general service which causes the issue – did find the addition of a £20 service charge a little cheeky on this occasion.
