My family loves Verona! We come here at least two times a year around holidays and stay in the hotel just to come have delicious food at Verona! The staff is so wonderful and provide excellent service. The food is DIVINE! As a family we love trying new restaurants all over Michigan and this is by far the best. I asked my husband if we could do our Verona/ hotel trip for my Christmas present and it did not disappoint! We also love the hotel. It’s decorated so beautifully for the holidays! We just went a few days ago and it was everything we love. This is our 3rd year doing this and it will continue to be a family tradition. We bond over good food and appreciate Verona so much for offering well crafted foods, some that we haven’t tried before. Our 11 year old son loves the food too and always gets excited to come back! Highly recommend!

Since childhood I have traveled extensively and eaten at countless restaurants, and I also spent years running kitchens, working as a GM, and even working as a regional manager in the industry. Verona stands out as one of the finest I have ever experienced.
Executive Chef Salvatore Borgia is a master of his craft. Every dish is executed with passion and precision, and you can taste the dedication in every bite. The restaurant itself is beautiful and spotless, the food is top notch, and the service is consistently excellent.
General Manager Megan Leopoldo deserves her own recognition. She is kind, attentive, and always present to ensure the front of house runs seamlessly. Together, she and Chef Salvatore are a dynamic duo that set Verona apart. The staff reflects her leadership, being friendly, efficient, well mannered, and completely on top of their game.
The menu is unique, featuring items you will not find many other places in the area, and prices are very reasonable for the quality. Verona manages to be both classy and casual at the same time, making it perfect for anything from a quick lunch to a wedding reception. With its gorgeous, modern hotel setting, it may actually be the ideal place to host an event and stay the night.
If I could give this place ten stars, I would. Verona has earned my respect and my loyalty, and I recommend it to absolutely everyone. Also great for kids, it’s my daughters favorite.

Verona Inspired Italian is such a gem. The atmosphere is warm and cozy but still feels elevated — perfect for a date night or nice dinner out. You would never think this restaurant is in a hotel lobby
We always get the meatball and it’s always good and the side of salad with it is just as good surprisingly. The Christoforo was hands down the best dish. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the sauce was rich and flavorful without being too heavy. Every bite was amazing. Definitely something I’d go back for. The mushroom pizza is also to die for!
Great service and overall just a really solid dining experience. Highly recommend!

Delicious food, great service and they are AMAZING with food allergies! This is by far family’s favorite restaurant. Drinks, appetizers, and entrées are all amazing. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. Our son has several food, allergies and has always eaten here safely. They take special care with his food, even having a chef or a manager bring out his plate to make sure it’s correct and he’s safe.

I’ve always wanted to try food from Verona Inspired Italian! I regularly check out their weekly specials on Facebook and couldn’t wait to finally try them out.
This was my first visit to the restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious and amazing. We started with the bread and butter- yes, we actually started there because it was that good. We even asked for another basket!
Then came the Eggplant Tower, and wow – it was fantastic. I’m a big fan of eggplant, and this dish was perfection: crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with fresh mozzarella, tomato, and pickled onion. You really need to try it to understand how good it is. For the weekly special, we had the Emperor Red Snapper. Absolutely incredible. The Tomahawk Pork Chop and the steak were both delicious as well. Our cocktails and beer were spot-on.
Service? 5 stars. Thank you Joy M.

Great food, great service, great experience! The apps were so good and the drinks gave us the perfect buzz! We couldn’t stop eating, by the time our meals came out we were stuffed! Will definitely be back. This is a hidden gem. Who would think a restaurant inside a hotel would be this nice?!

This is one of my favorites Italian restaurants. The food is typically very good however, I have a couple comments about my last visit on Jan 30th. I ordered the tomato basil soup, which was so very good, steak tips, which were pretty salty, and a milk. Milk tones down acid for me. I would have loved some bread with my meal but being gluten free I cannot eat the yummy french bread they serve. I’m not understanding why If hey have gluten free pizza they cannot offer gluten free bread with a meal. The milk I ordered was a $4 charge for a glass. A gallon of milk costs $2.19 currently at Kroger. The last comment is they do not offer a lunch menu even though they are open at lunchtime.
