this is an amazing ice cream place that i visit frequently, a vineland classic to all the locals — we know this is the true gem when it comes to ice cream and basically where everybody has been going since they were a child. the ice cream comes at a fair price for the portions you get (workers don’t skimp! ) and you’ll always get a great portion for whatever size you ordered. they always give you extra of whatever topping you asked for (especially if you ask for more). they have messed up my order a little bit but it was never severe, something small like forgetting the whipped cream. regardless, i have practically no complaints — none of us are perfect and we all make mistakes. if this place was open year-round, heck, you’d catch me here in December. to verona!

This is a nice little place I was just at today, but have been here a few times before. It’s on a little corner near Jersey Jerry’s. I took my kids here as a reward today and they both loved it. My six-year-old rode the little rides a bit before we got some ice cream. The mini merry-go-round is a dollar while the others are 50 cents.
The ice cream we got tasted good and was about average for cost/serving for this area. I couldn’t get the type I originally wanted, but they did offer to mimic it, but I just went with a standard “volcano” (DQ’s Blizzard equivalent) instead. They had a nice mix of flavors, but not the most that I’ve seen, but that’s not a real issue. The taste is what matters and it is worth having again.
Parking is ample and there are plenty of tables under the veranda in front and some shady tables on the outer side of the parking lot. There are also a couple other businesses attached to the same building, but we had no problem finding spaces quickly. The main road can be very busy some times each day, so if you have to leave to the left, save yourself the hassle and just go around the back and use the side street to catch the light. Much easier during high traffic times.

I use to come to Veronas as a kid with my mom when there was a restaurant in the back. The restaurant has been closed for years but the ice cream is still great. They have a little of everything, from mango water ice, hot fudge sundaes and pretzel cones to banana flavoed custard and milkshakes. I now enjoy it all with my own kids.

The ice creams are the best. The food menu is very simple. The location is too close to the streets there is a fence but still . Is very good for kids under 5 to have fun on the rides

It saddens me to say that Verona is no longer my favorite ice cream place of all time. I even used to drive an hour just to get their ice cream but the quality has tanked dramatically. I would rave about the place and had friends join on the journey to the place but each time this season has been..very disappointing. The staff is still lovely at least but no more visits

I love this place! I’m a big fan of the Gelato flavors, they have soft serve, sundaes, actual hot food as well. They do have menus you can have at home. They have a little sit down area and a play area for the little ones. Definitely family oriented. Check it out! They are still open and don’t usually close until beginning of October I believe.

Ice cream is good and there is a variety (not as much as other local ice cream/custard places). Prices are reasonable and the parking lot is decent for being on a main road. Overall, a fun place to stop!

This is our favorite ice cream place in the area. Price can’t be beat. Everything we ever order is delicious. And our daughters love the coin operated rides. Always our first choice.
