staff was wonderful greeted when walking in definitely proud of their job.
Fries were perfectly cooked crunchy outside with a soft warm inside.
crunchy fish tacos were fluffy yet crunchy the in house made sauce has a little kick to it but paid with the fish well.
Ham and cheese hoagie had a wonderful garlic butter crust leaving the bread still fluffy and light. Very juicy cut up ham with the pickles too compliment it will.
Garlic butter wings are a tad on the small side but pack a powerful flavor. The meat is tender and very moist adding too the crunch factor of the skin. would ask for a side of extra sauce to go with them.
cheesy garlic bread is a little on the softer side world definitely all too have it in a little longer for my preference. The sauce is very unique not overpowering tomato taste the flavors are all working together.
Chicken bacon ranch pizza has a light and fluffy crust with a generous amount of toppings. Their choice of ranch was fantastic choice or does not overtake all the other flavors. To note adding a little parmesan adds to all the developing flavors.
Donut holes heavily coated in cinnamon goodness with a soft textured inside. The powdered counterpart has a crunchy outside tastes just like a county fair.
Overall a solid 8.4/10

First time there – staff was absolutely wonderful, so nice.
The restaurant tables had good “roominess” (ie they didn’t shove 20 tables into a 10sq ft restaurant) which I really appreciated.
Though we had heard good things about the pizza and especially the hoagies, we tried the shrimp and “Mrs. Herb’s” cod dinners. They came with hush puppies, Cole slaw, and French fries. First of all, the French fries alone get an A++. They came out hot and crispy with perfect centers. It is not often I find an A+ French fry. Then there’s the cod – unlike some other local spots, the cod here was breaded just the right amount. It also was a HUGE plate. Great value in the amount of food vs price. Will definitely be making this a frequent visit – can’t wait to try the pizza!

It was my first time eating here and it was delicious. We had the fish dinner, huge portions, and everything came out hot and tasted so good. We will definitely be back again. They had desserts also but we both were to full to try any of them.

Stop by at this place on the way back home, honestly did not expect anything wow, our mistake! This place is amazing, everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. Fish and chips had splendid flavour, hisban’s pizza was delicious, our extremely picky toddler ate a decent piece. For desert we got caramel cheese cake (no photo) and husband got doughnut holes. Already recommended this place to our mates.

This is the first time my family had this pizza since we were children. We decided to treat our family to something new to eat, and we was not disappointed! This is truly some of the best pizza around and it’s reasonable! We did takeout but the environment vibes indicate it’s a great atmosphere! They even have homemade desserts to purchase for dessert! We will be back again, maybe this time we will eat inside.

Cute little place in this small town not too far off the highway to Louisville. Great service at this family run business. The fried cod was delicious and definitely recommend the hush puppies. I didn’t know what they were until this place and I definitely would like to try some more again

Well here we go. As a kid My Dad and I would come to Mr.Herbs often for the fish. We we’re so upset when they closed. We really didn’t even know till we drove over and it was rebranded. Now let’s fast forward many many my years. I been driving past this place for months for work and today I finally gave in. I thought there is absolutely no way the fish is even close. Being Herbs was one of a kind. Now here is where I admit to being wrong. Walking in I immediately stepped back 20+ years if not even more. What I discovered is the fish is spot on what it was when it was Mr Herbs. I was amazed! Not only was it amazing it brought back many great memories of coming here with Dad. Even though he’s now gone this stop brought a little piece of him back to me. Thank you Angelo’s. Till next time.
