we went here on a middletown pizza crawl and were blown away! their crust is perfect. kimberly and tasso were the so friendly and helpful we were tempted to cancel the pizza crawl and stay there for the rest of the day. not to mention they treated us to their dessert pizzas and they were INCREDIBLE!

I ate at Vero Cucino last week (the first time, 2 months ago I had just their delicious New Haven style pizza which was excellent, and which provided the impetus for my return there). This time was a full meal. One of their daily specials – besides their regular extensive menu of choices – was chicken saltimbocca. Two large chicken breasts flattened into cutlets, topped by a slice of prosciutto and mozzarella, over a pile of linguini with a light chicken-y sauce was absolutely fantastic! I told our server, and later the chef, that I might never return because I would be in absolute danger of regaining every one of the 45 pounds I had just taken a year to lose. However, after 2 seconds of thought, I am willing to take that chance.

We come here often for take out and have NEVER been dissatisfied. It’s worth going to get bread. The Parmesan grinders, carbonara, and wings are fantastic. We also get the tiramisu whenever we can. They gave my bf a piece of chocolate cake for his b’day and it was beyond! Enjoy!

I loved the warm atmosphere at Vero Cucino. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome right away. The pasta was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of fresh garlic, and the dessert was a delightful sweet finish. It feels like a true Italian restaurant in our neighborhood. We are excited to return soon for another dinner.

A HUGE thank you to the staff when we were there on 2/13. It was our celebration dinner before we headed to Middlesex to have our baby!! Everything was amazing as always and our server was so incredibly sweet to add in some desserts for us! We can’t wait to bring Maggie into our favorite restaurant!!!!

Of course, the dancing was a must and Ourfavorite band was playing there, We 3 Trio!
The minute we walked in the staff was very accommodating. We had delicious pizzas, cocktails, made by Natalia and great service from Katie!

Great service and solid food! We loved the ambiance and the big portions! We loved the complimentary bread to start, it was super warm and toasty. The server (Kimberly) was super attentive. We’ll definitely be back to try the lunch specials and happy hour. Thank you, Vero!

About 12 of us from Mercy and Xavier went to dinner a couple of weeks ago. We were quite a rowdy group, but the waitress rolled with the punches.Everything was delicious. The portion sizes were huge.The bread was phenomenal. The service was excellent.
