After volunteering at VOA across the street we stopped into Vero inside Denver Central Market and it was really good. The vegetarian pizza was fresh and flavorful with a great crust (crisp and chewy), and the Toscana soup was rich and tasty. The garlic bread was also on point. Solid spot with quality food in a great setting.

Easily one of the top 10 pizzas of my life. I had the vegetariana pizza ($18 and 14″ diameter) with mushrooms, onion, and bell pepper. The sauce was simple, just mashed/pureed San Marzano tomatoes with maybe some olive oil. The crust was what made it, was thin, chewy, crispy, and crunchy all at the same time. They bake their pizzas in a wood-fired oven so it had the little dark brown scorch marks where the dough bubbled as it was baking making it both attractive and delicious. Good job guys!

Very friendly service. We ordered a 1/2 and 1/2: half Margherita and half Salsiccia. Both were amazing. The Margherita was delicious. Loved the ricotta on the Salsiccia.

Don’t get the carbonara pasta It is the worst I have had in a long time, I can’t even begin to describe the flavor profile to you but it was bad. I can’t even finish it, sucks too because it was not cheap.
The garlic bread pizza was pretty good though, I definitely recommend that.

The food was AMAZING, I highly recommend the Magherita pizza. The people working were VERY nice and made the food in less the 5 MINUTES. Keep in mind, we ordered 2 whole pizzas. The building it’s in is very decorated and each of the shops inside are like their own building! It was a little bit loud, but it was also near dinner and that’s how all places are near mealtimes. Overall, it was an AMAZING experience and I would most definitely come back to Denver JUST for this pizza.

The first time I came here, the pizza was tasty. The second time, it was just not edible. I ordered extra toppings and paid for more ingredients, but in the end it was still just dough and cheese, very spicy and impossible to eat. I do not recommend it.

Loved the pizza here!
We tried the pesto pizza and it was super delicious, made right in front in a wood fired oven. The pizza is thin crust and it’s so light and simply wonderful. The quality of ingredients was great and the sauce was flavorful.
Too bad it’s not a chain elsewhere.

I was immediately drawn in by the interesting toppings on the Bella Pizza and had to try it. While it was good, it needed a sauce because it was pretty dry.
I also got an order of Smoked Mozz & Coto PIZZA’CO. They were fantastic. I loved the crispy cheese on the outside.
I’d come back and try other pizzas, but I’d make sure to get one with sauce next time.

Every time I go to the Denver Central Market, I like to try something new, and this time, it was Vero. I ordered the ricotta gnocchi.
The gnocchi was tender and flavorful and there were big chunks of creamy fresh mozzarella tossed in a lovely tart and smooth tomato cream. It was topped with a generous handful of fresh basil. It was a touch pricey for the portion but it was delicious!
