Saturday Burger day! The food was so good. It’s definitely a delicious burger. The fries and onion rings were so good as well. We will definitely be back and recommending to our friends and family.

One of the best burgers ive had in a very long time. I got a smash burger thinking it was going to be small, but I couldn’t even eat it all. Fresh meat, juicy, quality bun that was toasted on the grill, and came with potato chips. We got fries too which were hot and crispy, and our Coke came in a huge frosty mug. I dont know our servers name, but she was very pleasant. 100% recommend

As we waited for blood work to get done for my son, we decided to go in and get a snack.
My son has autism. And immediately about coming in, he says, wow, this is so cool
He has never been into a bar.So it was his first visit.We took pictures by the sign outside just to learn that they were going to close.
I am glad we got to stop in at least one time. And they made my son’s day. The bartender’s grandmother gave him pieces of candy and they laughed and joked with him.It was great
He’s even flirted with a waitress in his own way. Thank you for a very nice time.This was about a week ago

Great place to have a burger made with REAL beef. The mushrooms and cheese sticks were delicious. The food was hot and visually appealing. The service was excellent! Definitely recommend!

What a great place! Verna’s has done a complete 180 in the past few years. Fantastic environment if you are looking for a small town bar and grill to enjoy the locals. Burger was good. Wraps are never a miss. Fries are great. Apps. Drinks. You name it they got it. Love what they did with the outdoor seating, bummed that it will be too cold to enjoy here soon.

Great local business in the same family for more than 80 years ran by the third generation. Really neat atmosphere. Had breakfast here Sunday which was great, going to be a regular stop. Going to have one of their famous Verna Burgers made with burger ground at a local butcher shop.

We went for the burgers that we had heard were great. Unfortunately that was not our experience. My burger came out incorrect, menu said homemade chips I received a snack size bag of lays. The wrap that was ordered was very greasy almost like the tortilla had been soaked in grease. We ordered a top shelf long island ice tea, we were not told that would be charged out per shot and that drink cost us $25 dollars which is not acceptable in a neighborhood bar unless you were told up front and given the option to change your mind. There was only one person working the bar and tables it wasn’t full but there were a couple tables and she just seemed overwhelmed. Overall I don’t think I would return.
