We came exactly at 5:00 for drinks at the bar. It was a Friday but not great weather. From 5:00-6:15, there were no other customers at the bar. The cocktail menu had great and interesting choices, and I was unable to find it online. There were nice happy hours drinks for $10-13. The standard cocktail menu ranged from $16-20. The service and ambience were great.

Excellently done tasting menu from Veritas. We were there for the current Mexican tour. You will definitely taste and be reminded of all the great Mexican flavors. Service was quick, polite and personal. Our server took her time to explain the dishes and chef inspirations. We didn’t do the wine pairing, but next time we will as we were impressed with the flavor of the dishes. Pricey but well worth it. Veritas will rotate their tasting menus about every two months. Looking forward to the next. Highly recommended.

In the past, Veritas received five stars across the board from us, but we were disappointed by our recent visit. My husband and I dined at the original Veritas on a regular basis, and the food, service, and atmosphere were always top tier. After the location changed, we went a few times for special occasions but missed the intimate atmosphere the original location provided. After returning from a recent trip to NY where tasting menus were standard fare, we thought, let’s give Veritas another try. We were both excited given the menu was a nod to NY and had high hopes for a wonderful meal. I ordered the vegetarian tasting menu which left me wondering where things went wrong in the Kitchen. One of the items was described as fake meat, which did not leave me thinking, “can’t wait to try that.” My husband had the standard option and was not overly excited about his meal either. Each course was missing that special touch that always set Veritas apart from other establishments. On a positive note, the atmosphere was very warm and inviting, and the service staff was pleasant. Just sad that the meal was so underwhelming.

Fantastic experience right in heart of downtown. Parking is, as expected, not free but plenty of garages and surface lots, plus street parking, around. Very friendly staff and they explain each dish as it comes out.

This is a set of photos (including the menus) of the Korean Supper Club that’s going on when this is posted! My understanding is that the menu changes periodically, so this is what me and my girlfriend and I had when we went. The atmosphere was amazing, with the music being complimentary to the experience. The food was amazing! Every dish served was perfect! My girlfriend had the drink pairing with it, but I decided to get individual drinks!

It was my first time visiting Visitas. Someone recommended me to come to try their fixed 6 course menu
The service was really good and the atmosphere was beautiful.
The food was good but it was very little, I understand that it is a tasting menu but also they need to remember that it is dinner for many of us. The last course before the dessert was a bit better, so I had to eat some rice and pita to get a little satisfied.
For $130, including a trip and no drinks, just water, I find it not a great value. Even if they race their price a little and serve more food, it will be greatly appreciated. I will probably not come back for the fixed menu anymore.

Glad Veritas is in Columbus. I think it’s just misses the mark for the 5 stars but so close. Food was very good for Japanese Supper Club. I did also enjoy my cocktails.
The highlights: I loved the first course-could eat 10 plates of it-especially the tart and the eggplant. Sashimi was could-could be a little more punchy. I did also enjoy the udon soup and the grilled eel bowl. The shaved ice was a nice palate cleanser.
Service was slow for the # of courses/time between courses was a tad too long. Most dishes were well balanced but some need refinement. Ex: Katsu breading-fell off the meat and not quite crispy enough. The dessert was so rich with the rice porridge and needed more ice cream to balance it out.
It’s a supper club so it’s a set menu. I do wish if there is one dish you like in particular you could get more of it!
Excited to try it again.

This place really stands out among fine dining experiences in Columbus. My wife and I have been going to Veritas annually for the past 4 years. And each time, despite seasonal menus varying widely, the experience has been fantastic. Just this past month we went for the Italian Steakhouse menu—like in the past, as you work through each course you start to miss the fact that they will eventually stop coming out. And yet I always leave feeling perfectly satisfied with the amount of food.
I’m always quick to recommend this place to anyone who is willing to spend some money on a nice multi-course dinner. Great cocktails too!

The tasting menu was superb, with imaginative compositions, excellent preparations, and great flavors. The paired wines were of high quality and matched the food very well. The servers were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. It was a great experience. The room was pretty full, and we were happy that we were easily able to hear each other throughout the evening.
