We stopped in for breakfast burritos and coffee yesterday and got to hang out with Seth, the owner for a few minutes. It was awesome to hear the story about how the restaurant began as a food truck and has expanded into what it is today. We ended up with a bag of tortilla chips and fresh salsa too. Everything was delicious! I especially loved the spicy salsa that came with the burritos and the fresh tortillas. Amazing! We really enjoyed the whole experience and it was a great way to start the day. Thank you for your kindness and for going the extra mile for us. We especially appreciated the extra half and half. We will visit again when we’re back in town. Keep up the good work!

Salsas: Not too spicy, but spicy enough.
Chips: perfect crunch, perfect amount
Chicken mole: not too sweet, not too spicy, just the right amount of savory
Chicken rolled tacos, chimichangas, seared tuna tacos, dessert…. Everything!!! Was exactly what we were craving!
Friendly service too- our server made us feel very welcome. The hubs and I will definitely be doing date night here again.

Solid experience. we went for a late lunch so it was dead, but it looks fun to come to for drinks with buds/buffs. The food was pretty good. Not authentic but definitely better than fast food Mexican, so it’s and upgrade and decently priced for Boulder. I would come back to try other things. their happy hour menu is decent.

We loved the decor and the food was amazing. They had a meat of the day which was a Sweet pulled pork and my hubby got it in his enchiladas which he loved. The meat was very tender and flavorful. The dessert waffle was sooo good! Definitely recommend!

WOW !! The chips were the best ever. They were served nice and warm. The salad was delicious. It had just the right amount of spice. The frozen hurricane drink was very good. You could taste the rum !! The bartender was very nice and polite. The music and the atmosphere was amazing.
