I would’ve given 0 stars if I could. At one point (many years ago) this was one of our favorite places. Over time the food quality has become very mediocre and inconsistent. Since the food is so bland I asked for hot sauce and they said they will charge me 50 cents for a small container. When my wife called and asked about the charge the lady on the phone was very rude and kept on saying it’s the policy she made and would not let her talk to anyone else. Then she hung up on her. Terrible customer service and bad attitude. I was also charged more than what the menu said. The food is so overpriced. I hope the owner pays attention to all the reviews and shapes up his business attitude and gets employees who can
provide better customer service. Never going there again.

I’ve passed this place many times since it opened, and after all these years, finally tried it. The entrees we had were very good quite honestly. But I do have some constructive criticism. I’m not a fan of their attempt to create there own sweet and sour sauce for the eggrolls. It was thinly watered down, and quite honestly tasted like canned pineapple juice, with a slight tin can taste to it. I would prefer the traditional thicker sweet and sour/duck sauce. The eggrolls too, although not bad, are too small and not worth the $4.95 price, especially with that sweet and sour sauce they have. I also was not a fan of the vinegar used for the pot stickers. It was ice cold (literally). The service could also be improved. Not that it was bad, but because there is only one person on the floor acting as hostess, server, taking phone orders, and taking care of pick up orders. Not that I wanted to rush through dinner, but we were there for almost 2 hrs for 2 entrees and 2 appetizers and there were only 6 diners, incl ourselves in the entire restaurant. The problem is, that the takeout customers are monopolizing the time of the only person working the floor, and it was the weekend. I guess you can say, the entrees were at least worth the wait. Hire at least one other person, and ditch the condiments for better ones, and this place has even greater potential – IMHO.

Good service, very fast delivery. Truly small portions for the price. A 15% upcharge for “seasonal ingredient shortage.” The quality of the food was not to our parties liking, quite sub par. Pleased with the experience, dissatisfied with the cost compared to quantity and the quality of the food. Would not recommend.

Used to eat here quite often. On our recent order the order was totally wrong and the owner or person that answered the phone declined to help in any way. We told them we just wanted the order corrected and she said cook made everything per our order which was a lie.
We ate here at least once a month.
Thank you for not helping us, there are other great resteurants that are not as overpriced as this one and actually get your order right without getting fussy about.

Best fried rice I’ve had in a while. Mai Tai was awesome. Have not been disappointed by anything ordered so far. The veggie egg rolls are out of this world. Worth eating in the resturant for food to taste even better but take out is delicious too.

I love this place! One of the only places where you can find a diverse menu with real Szechuan dishes in the area. I love the Szechuan tofu, Kung pao chicken, and Moo shu pork. The food and service are fantastic. Disregard and do not listen to the the negative reviews: almost all of the negative reviews are from prejudiced people discriminating against the owners for their direct way of speaking.

This place has definitely lost its touch. I used to love this place!!! Last three orders were very disappointing!
Couldn’t even finish the Mongolian Beef I ordered. There was a fishy smell to it.
I will not be ordering from them again

My husband and I made the choice of this place over Thai. We had a whole conversation with the lady who took our order about a dish and agreed on combination General Tsos with beef, chicken and SHRIMP. We got home and there were a bunch of vegetables, chicken, and beef and NO SHRIMP. I called immediately and let her know and she said it was impossible. After 3 hang ups from her I decided to write this post. Bad service and mediocre food. Skimping on the shrimp is not cool but completely leaving it out of a paid for dish is unacceptable.

Don’t usually sit down, but delivery is great here. Prices are definitely expensive but worth it in my opinion, it’s a staple for us

I have been going here for years, and still go back whenever I am in town. Food is a bit more authentic and upscale compared to other local choices. Price is more than fair given quality of dishes.
