reminds of a new jersey diner and I love it, food came out hot and fresh! You tell when service and the food is good, they had plenty of regular customers and they knew their orders! I could have set and ppl watched all day if you like that sort of thing. it was refreshing to be in an atmosphere that reminded of home back north.

This place was horrible. This place has the rudest waitress. I ordered HASHBROWNS and when I received a glob of mushy taters and ask what’s this, the smart ass replied “hashbrowns, there’s a picture of them”. First off I’m educated and know how to read, I dont need pictures, second off my family lives in Florence and I will go right back to Bazens, where the food is hot and good and the servers are always friendly. Venus was also filthy. The flowers at the front door looked like they been there since the beginning of time just collect dust. So I highly recommend driving just a little way down Irby St to Bazens. It’s definitely worth it!!! PS. Bathrooms were nasty and extremely small. No wheelchair is going in there!!!

Best breakfast in Florence. Traditional, friendly, delicious. If I had to suggest an improvement it would be to offer espresso drinks but the house coffee was great!

This is our favorite diner. Whenever we are in Florence, we make sure to have lunch or dinner there before heading home!
All of the servers are attentive, friendly, and accommodating.

I forgot this was here! I had lunch there the other day first time since 1996. Back then i was young and we would show up at venus around midnight to eat lol. Now they open til 2pm dont blame them. Great food and great service!

Food was ok, I think my omelette wasn’t completely cooked through though. They offer a waffle with fruit but then charge you for the fruit ($1.50) and the fruit wasn’t fresh, we got strawberries and they looked like they had been soaked in liquid so we didn’t eat them. The menu doesn’t state that they charge extra for fruit. I know it’s only $1.50 but that’s not the point.
We came a second time and we will NEVER go back. $10.50 for a club that had one piece of Turkey on it and one piece of ham, it was the smallest most pathetic club I’ve ever seen. You get charged extra if you use a credit card vs cash. Just a really bad place to go. The picture is 2 pieces of the sandwich not one. Sad

The service was amazing, the atmosphere comfortable to enjoy morning breakfast. The table saide creamer/Milk is questionable weather its fresh every morning or they are reused our tables creamer attested sour. Place is really good for a great Morning breakfast starter meal before work either office or on the road.
