Your first impression is your best. This is my first and last time ordering from them! I ordered TWO cold cut subs with a Diet Coke instead I received a regular Coke and the cold cuts had one piece of salami and one piece of ham, a couple of lettuce and a tomato. That was the flattest cold cut I’ve ever seen. So disappointed.

This was my second time coming here. And both times the guy making the food and working the register was rude. He literally watches customers come in and will not say anything to you for a good 10-15 mins. Tonight I placed my order for an XL pizza at10:18. I get there at 10:42 after they told me 15 min for pick up and I didn’t leave out the store till 11:01. The pizza was supposed to come with extra cheese but it didn’t. They need to place parchment paper in the pizza boxes when the pizza cones out so it won’t taste like straight cardboard

Order 1topping lg 10wings. Food was good but will not be returning to eat here. The pizza received looked more like a md than a lg. False advertisement: I went here under the impression I would be able to use the coupons they had on their website as well as on the numerous menus in store; but was told those offers were only for a one day grand opening. I watched the young man who rang in my order answer the phone then go directly to the line to make a pizza without washing his hands. As well as eating his own personal food on the line.

Service is just awful man. I place an uber eats pickup order and they cancel my order on the way there. I get there and they couldn’t care less and try to lie and say they don’t have my order. This place has good food but you guys genuinely act like some losers. A loyal customer just treated like garbage man.

The food is great, but only if they can remember to do their jobs and make the pizza. Truly, 80%/90% of the time the food never gets made. 15 minutes ticket times are closer to 40 minutes.
