We had a wonderful experience at Ventanas in Fort Lee, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Dejan. He was friendly, efficient, and very attentive throughout the entire meal without ever being overbearing. Everything flowed smoothly, and he made us feel really well taken care of.
We mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary, and he seemed genuinely happy for us, which made the evening feel even more special. At the end of the meal, he surprised us with complimentary glasses of champagne. Whether that’s standard or not, it was such a thoughtful touch and a lovely way to end our night.
Dejan truly helped turn a great dinner into a memorable celebration. We will def be back!

My first time at Ventanas was amazing. It won’t be my last. From the very beginning, our server, Jason was super friendly and very informative about our choices for brunch and other events. The atmosphere was amazing, the decor is very luxurious and has a Miami vibe. Classy and timeless, amazing service and amazing food. The drinks were top quality. Thank you Jason and team!

Been meaning to write this! This is an absolutely fabulous spot for any occasion. I came here for my birthday dinner and we had an amazing time.
The food was exquisite. All the flavors were paired so nicely. Our stars of the night were the crispy rice, octopus & chorizo, Ventanas roll, and the empanadas. The guac??? AMAZING. Entrees? Fabulous. Desserts? SO FUN. My cousin got the chocolate ballon as her dinner entree (she’s a maniac but I support). SO good she ate that whole thing.
The drinks are so unique and the flavors are beautifully paired. It’s no doubt the attention to detail is a priority at this fine establishment.
Our server Elyza was a sweetheart and so attentive. With a lot of dinner/dinner party spots, there is an emphasis on ambiance, but the service, food, and everything was done exceptionally well. Shoutout to Travis – so professional and welcoming, it’s no doubt he’s so passionate about what he does!
Everyone wants to go to New York, but whyyyy. Give Jersey a chance. You may actually end up in New York on your way here if you miss your exit though .

Loved everything about it, was calm setting. Music and ambiance was just right. Staff was also very welcoming, our server did a good job getting into details about each dish. Angel was there to welcome us and thanked us for coming. I hope to visit during the summer time to get the full experience

I had the pleasure of being served by Katelyn tonight. She was super informative, but not overbearing. I tend to be a picky eater, and Katelyn provided me exactly what I didn’t know I needed. I usually don’t like seafood, but I tried Branzino that came with olives and artichoke, and the whole entire meal was so good. She even recommended me really good starters and a great dessert for my dietary needs. I feel like Katelyn would be a great food reviewer, and this restaurant is very lucky to have her.

Came here 11/19 for my birthday dinner and this place was nothing short of amazing and Jason was simply the best!!! When I came it wasn’t busy busy since it was a weeknight but they had the music playing which was good the drinks were also good as well!! The ambiance was just 10/10 from the decor to the setting overall!! The food was sooo good they did not miss those lobster dumpling omgggg I dream about them lol and the bao buns are good as well. For entrees we got the Tokyo lobster which was good just wish they didn’t put so much saffron ontop for decor! And the chicarron meal that pork was so crispy and flavorful!! For dessert I got the chocolate balloon and honestly might be one of the best desserts I had at ah restaurant! Definitely will be back again to try more things.

I took my girlfriend here for brunch for the first time. Food was 100% delicious – definitely recommend getting the hanger bacon (not pictured) and the chilaquiles (pictured). Server was very attentive to our needs and the manager, Angel, checked in on us a few times throughout our meal to ensure that everything was satisfactory. Great experience, would come back again.

We celebrated our anniversary and it was an amazing experience. Our waiter Jason was attentive to every detail and just an overall great guy. My wife has a severe allergy and they were mindful with every detail to avoid cross contamination. I look forward to returning soon. The atmosphere was impressive and the live Jazz was spectacular.

Had Dinner on New Year’s Eve!!! Great vibe, great food & the best service. Our server was Jeisson R. He was outstanding. His recommendations from the menu were on point. He was professional with a very personal touch. He made the entire experience a memorable one. Haven’t visited Ventanas for quite a while and it was a very welcome return especially on a busy night like New Year’s eve. Definitely 10’s across the board.
